Called up to Discount, seeing as they dont have the service or alignments that Belle Tire does. I bought tires and wanted them mounted and balanced. Was informed by Discount its $3 a piece to dismount old tires, $3 a piece to mount new tires, $15 a piece to balance, and a disposal fee. For a total of $91.37!! Told him I used to work for Belle Tire. Ive never heard of such an outrageous amount. I agree, Belle Tire has a longer wait, but they actually repair vehicles and do alignments. Which most of their repairs are steering and suspension components which WEAR your tires. I could open my own tire store like Discount and only do tires too. My wait times wouldnt be long either. Regardless, I worked at Belle Tire in White Lake. Didnt even go to that store. Went to Waterford store off Dixie Hwy, paid $40.00 out the door to have my tires done. Not to mention I was there total of an hour. I will be uploading picture of my receipt. Sorry Discount guys, but I will never be a customer and will continue to remind people of the highway robbery. I am a business man myself now. Most times you get one chance to "Wow" a customer and earn their trust and business. You were unsuccessful in doing so. If zero stars were an option Id choose that instead of 1.

I received great help from Justin today. I came in with a flat tire and they promptly got me in and provided me options. They didnt have the exact match for my tire, but Justin called around and found out when they could get it in and also the closest Discount Tire location that had it in stock.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I needed new tires a few days before leaving on a road trip. They didnt have the tires I wanted but were able to get them by the next day. Ill be returning for a new set on my other car soon.

Had bought my tires through Discount and got the extended warranty on the tires, absolutely zero hassle for fixing a flat. Polite, professional, and QUICK service. Work appears to be what youd expect from a tire/wheel professional.
