Thought the expansion would be fix the issues they had before. It didnt! Staff is over worked and under paid. It creates a hostile environment! Lines are long because they are understaffed. It took me a half hour to buy one product... In the express line. It happens every time Ive gone into the store. They dont have all the products the other Supercenters have. Its just a bigger version than the old Walmart! Theyre supposed to have door greeters to help with lost prevention and help their customers feel "welcomed". This Walmart did for a little while. Now, they dont have any door greeters at any of the doors. And how is it appropriate to have 4 registers open at 3 pm on a Saturday and 1 person at customer service? Walmart policy, last I checked, was 10 registers open between 10 am and 10 pm. I have never seen 10 registers open ever! Products are difficult to find and staff doesnt have knowledge of where their products are (if you can find someone). Also, they block isles when they stock the shelves. I understand you have a job to do... But the management is making their employees uncomfortable and the shoppers are having a hard time getting around all the carts. Ive wanted to go down a frozen section that was not blocked by cardboard boxes. I said "Forget it" and left. I went down the street to Meijer. Much better there! They typically have lower prices, price match (just like Walmart does), and they double coupons up to 50 cents. They also have a program called Mperks which offers digital coupons. I save money and time by shopping at Meijer.

I totally agree with Carolynn. I would consider shopping there more and spending more of my money there if the corporation cared a little more about their employees. With the bad economy, that company still rakes in some really good cash, I dont care what anyone says! They need to be offering a lot of full time positions, and up the pay along with offer some good bonuses or at least commissions to get people excited about being there and excited about the products theyre selling. Most everyone in there is nice, but at the same time look like they just hate being there. As far as the management and supervision goes at this store and several others Ive been in, theyre completely rude and act stuck up like theyre someone special. Theyre all obviously fairly new to supervision and are on a total power trip and talk down to the employees constantly. I had a new cashier at this store a month or so ago late at night and she was the nicest lady Ive met there. She wasnt sure about a few things while ringing me up and had to ask a supervisor. That supervisor made her feel like a total idiot and I was even embarrassed for her. She talked down to her like she was 5 years old, right in front of me! It took everything in me not to open my mouth and put her in her place. She probably makes a dollar an hour more than the cashier, yet she thinks shes high and mighty because shes a shift supervisor or assistant manager...

Ordered pictures online to pick up here on 09/30/14. Ive done this NUMEROUS times at other locations and have never had a problem. Recently moved to the area and this was the closest wal mart. I went in to pick them up and waited...and waited...and waited. The photo dept is right next to the customer service desk where the line was roughly 15 people deep. Stopped a cashier while she was walking through and asked her if anybody worked at this counter. She asked the woman at customer service to page someone and she said yeah. The cashier was VERY VERY nice. However, I stood there and watched for roughly 20 minutes, trying to be patient, but the customer service lady never paged anybody. A Customer service manager walked through to help the lady at customer service, and I stopped her on her way back through and asked her if she could help me. She rudely paged someone and said "Yup." Literally so rude. While all of this was going on I was amazed at how long that other line was with nobody but 1 person there to work! After a CSM was just there!!! Well another 25 minutes went by and nobody came to the desk, so I left. Still havent been able to get my pictures. Also, the customer service/picture area was covered in a cluttery mess!

I was ASSULTED by a customer service manager named Beverly ( she grabbed my cell phone) while the assistant store manager, Jan stood next to her and also yelled at me. I had just purchased a cell phone and they could not figure out how to return it. I have never in my life been assaulted by a retail associate until I visited the White Lake Walmart last night. I am livid I made a police report and I will follow this to the end Jan and Beverly both need to be fired! And whatever sneaky business Matt did to ring up that phone in the first place to create this chaos needs to be looked at by upper management period they returned cash to me after waiting 2 hours. It was the biggest and most aggressive retail experience I have ever had in my 53 years of life. This is ridiculous period I have posted it to Facebook and I am now joining Yelp. This Behavior cannot be tolerated Walmart and you need to do something about your management. If this assault had taken place on the street both of those women would be arrested by now. This is absolute and utter incompetence exclamation point. There should be no stars but I had to choose one to write this review

This walmart is terrible, in fact i have never shopped at a worse store in my life. The employees are extremely rude if you can even find one, the store is always a mess and you are lucky if you find what you came in for. I bought a car battery here before, and what do i know about car stuff? Nothing! So i get home and i was told that the battery was used so i went right back up there to return it and they go what am i supposed to do with that? Hello?!? Give me a refund so i can go pick up a NEW one at an auto parts store!!! They claimed i changed the stickers on my own battery so i could get money. After arguing for 30 mins the lady called the manager over and i had to argue with her about it!! I finally got my refund after they could not deny that the serial numbers matched up. Very trashy store.

Stupid cashier said "it cant read you check. Do you have another check?" What an idiot! I said are you sure you are putting it through correct! She said " Im sure". What an a$$! That was my last check! Its not worth the stupidity that I encounter when I go there. I would rather pay full price in a cleaner more customer friendly place. Im done with this place. I went in there a few weeks back & paid for a bag of ice. I went to get it & the ice chest was empty! So I told the cashier & she called the manager & he said he was gonna look in the back for some. He never came back! So I had to go to the s Customer service area to wait 15 minutes to get my under $2.00 refund!! Bunch of jackasses
