They took the time to understand my project and help me out any way they could. The person working there felt like a family member and not at all like someone being pushy like you find at other specialty stores. Prices are also very reasonable. I expected them to be higher than a large home supply store, but for the specific items I needed, they were actually lower.

Bad experience. Never seem to have what we need and prices were awful high but being so small maybe that is why. Might be ok for small things but not for regular electrical supplies.
