Ive come in every so often. I bought a couple of things over the years just recently bought and item. I am a male and Im used to Construction you guys. But if youre into business of customer service open to the public these guys arent the best unless you are a major contractor someone off the street looking for some parts isnt the best thing regardless of knowledge or not, the way they tried to help you is a little condescending. Not sure I would want to do business here. Even as a customer. These guys should really just stick to Builder and Commercial sales. Really lacking in customer service. Im coming from experience from a major cabinet company. Where we deal with Builder and residential homes. The prices are okay if you can deal with mediocre customer service to the average person

A Private User

I ordered a custom shower pan for my handicap father and had to prepay the order in full. I was called when it arrived and told the man the project was on hold for the moment. He said no worries, it would be there when I was ready for it. When I went to pick it up, the nice young man helping me could not find it and said of course they would order another for me and he went in the back office to place the order. Then a manager, an old man with terrible teeth and inflamed gums came out and told me they threw it out and if I wanted another one I would have to pay for it a second time. I imagine they sold it and this old manager thinks it is just fine to steal from customers.

Very rude assistance obtaining needed supplies from the back. Pretty much unless you are a male contractor they wont help you. A female walking in on her own gets told "I dont feel comfortable selling you this." That is exactly what I was told. I will NEVER do business here and suggest you dont either.
