I feel this is a last resort kinda place to shop much like a party store or gas station when comparison to prices. The only time you will catch a savings is buy buying items marked down because they are within a weeks time of experation. I agree with last reviewer about the cashiers. Cashiers look very unmotivated and what is sad is that they have an elderly woman who runs customer service and sometimes cashier who does far better job than the other employees most of which are young. Also they need to quit catering to wic in every single isle that needa to be 1 register and workers need to quit running and grabbing items for them when the customers grab the wrong one and wonder why they have long lines. Also 10 OR LESS start enforcing 10 or less. I see people go to 10 or less with 20 items. This location does have everything a grocery store should have. Prices are very steep. One week they might have a deal on something and then the next day be asking 10 times what they wanted the day before. They got me a few times like that. I wouldnt say dont shop here. I would say shop here when its just for the few things you may have forgot to buy at krogers or walmart. Oh and you should stop any cashiers from getting redicuouls nails put on there fingers if causes them not be able to do their job correctly

Ive been going to this store since I was a kid, we used to live right down the street and could walk. About a year ago I moved back down the street and Ive had nothing but great experiences with Shoppers. They have great service, if you have a problem they are always quick to help you. Their prices arent always the best but the location is very convenient for some people and you definitely get what you pay for. Also, when they put things on sale, the sale prices are usually great! In my opinion this is an all around great store.

cashiers are rude, customer service is a reflection from their superiors. Witnessed cashier supervisor repremanding a cashier in front of customers as well as coworkers. Made for an uncomfortable situation for all and was not necessary, especially because the customer realized the food was expired, something I thought stores were not allowed to do. The food was not even disclosed as expired to the customers. Most defiantly will be my last time shopping there.

Been shopping here couple of months and when I started to check my receipts I found I had been overcharged. Took the marked item back to the store and was refunded my money. This saves them from the Michigan Item Pricing law. Went back this week and had another overcharge. So please check your receipts.

By far the rudest people at the front counter and a couple cashiers as well, i would rather pay a little more at Kroger and deal with people who dont dislike there job so bad that they take it out on the customers. I will not be shopping with Shoppers Market 9 mile no longer.

Their meat is always fresh and good, their prices cannot be beat, and they have a wide variety of groceries available. Its definitely on par with larger chains like Kroger. The only complaint I have is that their produce section is lacking and often times it is not very fresh.

A great place to shop. I am handicapped and they bend over backward to help me and my wife. The store has just about everything you could ask for. They carry it out to the car and will not take a tip for doing it. GREAT PEOPLE and the owner is a super man. Billy

We just picked up a cake from Shoppers today for a wedding shower and Nancy went above and beyond to coordinate the cake with the invitations we showed her. Absolutely amazing job on her behalf. Nancy should definitely have her own cake shop!

If the item is in the sales paper, the item has went up about 25 cents, so really the item is not on sale, its just a way to make the customer think that they are getting a good deal, when most times we are paying the same price.

Terrible store, nothing is where it should be and rude regulars that push and yell at you. Cashiers are either slow and rude or completely ignoring when you walk up. The owner treats workers like crap and customers even worse.

So for the people whove said that its dirty and dingy, maybe you should pay another visit since they just tore out the inside of the store and redid all of it. Ive NEVER had a problem with their service, OR their products.

I have been going there for years. In the last 2 years i have noticed the decline in quality as well as the lack of good deals. Also you almost always are in a long line they never have as many cashiers as they need.

has the best quality meats around the taste is amazing , there is a huge difference in taste compared to kroger and value fresh I will never go anywhere else again!! Also the sales and prices are pretty good too

The store was clean... Too many flies flying around the fruit. Prices were a little high but they do carry a wide range of items. I love the discount items Cart!! Also employees were nice

Have Monster Deals. On. Close out Deals groceries see. Wall of monster Deals on entire wall to the right as u enter. almost every day some new super close out deal.

Meat selections were just OK for me. A lot of thin sliced steaks which arent my favorite. Other than that, a reliable grocery store.

I like going there for lunch meats they have a good array of them and at reasonable prices, meat counter is very good also
