One of the worst shopping experiences of my life. I bought a POS microwave and of course my wife lost the receipt (bc lets be honest thats what woman do). Anyways I had a copy of my CC I used to purchase it. So we take back the microwave and get another POS. The first one got super loud after using it for 1-2 days. The next one we received the door wouldnt shut without me manually lifting the door up and shutting it. I bring it in to Walmart to swap it out with another one (identical). When waiting in line some African American alerts another worker that we had "been there earlier" with the same problem. Ok thats fine, then I go to return it and the worker (Marlene) starts questioning me as to why I brought it back and the door "shuts fine". I simply told her to pick it up out of the box and test it herself if she wanted to bring her attitude. She continues on and I said "just do your job and we dont need to be questioned by a Walmart worker. The girl throws a fit calls her manager and refuses to even explain the situation to the manager. The manager stands there clueless like ALL walmart workers and asks the same questions for 10 minutes then previous idiot (Marlene) asked. Then she questions if we returned 2 units which we did but the other worker wouldnt tell her that. She calls a 3rd hopeless manager to open the drawer. Fast Forward 10 minutes later and we solved our problem. I swear to god on my childrens life I will NEVER go to a Walmart again if there the last store left in the USA. They sell the BIGGEST POS products you have ever seen and the workers are half retarded. I would die before I walked thru the front doors of Walmart again. I already hated this store before but this is the final straw. I can understand why ppl boycott this place now. If I saw those workers again and they were on fire I wouldnt piss on them to put them out. They called security on me to for there employee acting up lol. Worst experience of my life.

Worst store ever. My wife and daughter bought me a $25 gift card for fathers day with a receipt. They voided out the card when I went to buy something that cost a little more than $25 dollars. Therefore, the purchase did not go through. When they went to reload the card! They only supposedly so I thought put 15 dollars back on it. When I went to question this matter at their guest services, they claimed that there was no money on the card. They didnt want to work with me pertaining to this matter. As usual, they did not want to accept responsibility for their computer giltche and own mistake. This is the second time that something like this at this store. I will never shop at this store again. This stores guest services people are very rude and almost seem like they are against the costumer. Not willing to help them at all. Black Friday is coming soon. There is a meijer store off of hall and hayes. I encourage anyone that reads this to shop there instead of this pathetic store. At meijer, they are kind and nice to there costumers. Unlike this Walmart store, meijer takes good care of there costumers. There guests services at meijer are nice and very helpful. I am a happy meijer costumer and because of this Walmart store off of hall rd and romeo plank, I see why I shop at meijer. Sincerely yours, Dave from Clinton Twp, mi. P.s. Dont shop at this Walmart. I had such a terrible experience here i almost find it funny...but here is the GIST of it.... so..needed bottle return slip because the bottle return printer was jammed...easier said than done...talked to the greeter who said he would put in a call after he answered a remark of "well...sory i am not trying to make excuses, but youre at Walmart"...come on, shoe some professionalism i have worked at a big box store and i still...still...showed my best effort to every customer...and i hated it..but i digress...and so i wait 10 minutes, nobody...go to customer service to complain about the greeters actions (which was more than just the comment) and i see the line is 20 people long..what the ! ! , i stand for 1 minute and somebody walks by saying "these people are clueeeeless", i said OK...what the ! ! once again...long story short got it figured out after 20 minutes, the actual person to help showed up about 5 seconds after i had already been helped by the CART GUY....and then i check out, and the lady screws up my bottle return credit and i get charged 50 cents EXTRA to my bill..i was so fed up i didnt even want to say anything, i actually felt like it was a candid camera, or better yet, twilight into the midst of a strange group of workers that i didnt know was real.

Well I did get through although it did take several minutes for someone to answer. When the guy answered he just says "hello" I thought I had a private residence. I asked the guy if they had the paticular cheese I was looking for and he says "yea, hold on". After twenty minutes of waiting I am going to call back. Hold on. Ok a girl answered after a minute and a half. Transfered to deli and the nice lady on the phone went to check for me. So after 3:43 on the phone she comes back to let me know she has what I am looking for wooo hoo.. Only 24 minutes on the phone. Not acceptable really. Booo. Oh well, after going up there, turns out they DO NOT have what I was calling about. They have the product I specifically said I was not looking for though. What a total waste of several hours of my life. Will never be back. If I could do the review again I would not even give them one star. A totally frustrating shopping experience, specially after driving about 55 minutes to get there since they were the first place I finally found that carried this product. Even though they DID NOT. Several hrs and a good $10 in gas wasted, not to mention the 24 miniutes it took me to find out what turned out to be not true.

They dont even deserve half of a star! Worst costumer service I have ever had in my life! Walked in with the item I wanted to exchange and went straight to the service desk because I did not have my receipt. I explained what is wrong with the item and the girl at the service desk Christine told me to go exchange it. She did not keep my old item by her or anything so when I went to checkout because I had bought other items I explained to the cashier that I had already purchased that item so she doesnt charge me again for it. She told me that "Christine" wasnt supposed to do that and made me wait 30 minutes and on top of that I had to pay the difference between my old item and new one even though it was the same but just a different size.I dont care about paying the difference but If you guys did something wrong how can you make the costumer pay extra? I walked in there with my mother and told her, " mom I dont know why we never come here and shop", well now I know why! Never ever going back and I am going to call the corporate for this.
