We lived in Harper Woods for 37 years--shopped there when their steaks/frozen fish were on sale plus their other items which are the "same" as Kroger, but less expensive. We have traveled the 14 miles x 2 (since we moved 6 months ago)-to get their steaks. Cant beat the price. Store is clean, staff are nice. With the cost of food going up and up, I WILL travel the distance to stock up on sale prices on the expensive items. I am not one to go store to store, but for the price on my list, I go and stock up. Again, a clean store. There just isnt too many grocery stores other than Kroger unless you shop at the small exclusive stores., - not even a fruit market anywhere close----very sad for people on some type of budget, which we are, - even more so since we moved.

Needs a new lift....Store is so dirty, afraid to buy anything not totally sealed in package. Looks like rats are around. Go get a loan to redo the store guys, this would really help the location. It needs a new face lift. Parking lot is wonderful now...newly done. Service is shotty, sometimes the Cashiers are nice however, they are NOT ever professional at all. Reminds you of "Na nae", waiting on you....girrrrl what cho want. No Hi/Hello maam welcome to our store, did you find everything okay? Neighborhood stores should be quality too.

All there meat is cut fresh daily. Better then any thing you can get at Krogers..... I started shopping there one day when I was in Krogers and all the prepacked chicken did not look good so I left and went to Family Food Market ( I had a flier in my door from them) where I got fresh cut chicken breasts and better price then Krogers.

The inside as well as the outside of the store isnt clean. I called and spoked with the manger to request for him to have someone pick up trash around the business. He was very rude and aggressive with me, and he said that the customers who patronize his store are "Nasty" because they constantly leave trash.

Watch the prices! Some items posted on sale are not on sale. You wouldnt know if item was on sale as sign says on sale if was spending a lot of money. I found out items were not on sale when was spending $25. It added to $42 at the register. I only buy meat by the case now. Cheap

The sales are great. The cashiers are quick and courteous the meats are fresh and the store is clean I shop here on a daily very good place to shop for food just wish they had transportation or delivery for the public keep a look out I believe its coming upgrades are in the works

Customer service is very important when a customer calls to check the availability of an item they should not be told we dont have time to check just come in. The customer may feel they dont have time to patronize your business customer satisfaction is key.

The store is okay. Prices are great, just check the dates. There is a Printing Shop inside and they are PHENOMENAL in every way. They print everything from shirts to phone cases to car magnets to water bottles.

I go there for the meat. They have fresh cuts and specials all the time. Great deals on family packs. Sometimes they have other special items on sale. Their wine prices are awesome also.
