Hated everything about the experience. Website mentioned that the bag will be ready to pick up same day. Ordered and then received email that it is processing. Called the store multiple times in 48 hours and was put on hold for at least 20 mins each time. Finally able to connect to Carolyn who wasnt helpful. Told me the item is not in store, that it will cost me $10 to cancel the order and I will have to come to the store to do it. Did not connect me to her supervisor when requested and finally told me I could cancel it online for free. Online system not allowing me to cancel. So from ordering to processing to store customer service to online cancellation, none of the steps worked. My flight was in few hours and needed the bag for the trip. So not only I wasted all my time and did not shop around for the bag, and could not cancel the order. So not going to order again on walmart (amazon is million times better). Going to file complaint with the consumer bureau and going to sell all my shares in the company because with this business model the company is solidly on the path of failure.

Basically all sticker prices are a scam. you have to tell the cashier to put the marked price because it never rings up the same as it says on the tag. when it comes to cashiers or all other associates, they all absolutely have the look on their face like theyre forced to be there. i go to this walmart at least once a week and not one time have i come across an associate whether it was a cashier or a customer service rep who said how are you back everytime i asked them. Im lucky if i even get youre welcome after i say thank you. they barely say hi back. everyones got an attitude like theyre working there for free, well maybe that place needs to get cleaned up of all the obnoxious associates who dont appreciate or respect their customers. It all goes back to management, if managers dont tell their workers to change their attitude then this place will go down the drain. there are hundreds of other walmarts around.

I love this store, its ideally located for me:close to work so I can go in before work or after work. Yes it used to be cleaner but that manager that stayed on top of that has left. They should tighten that up. Ive never been treated rudely as some other reviewers, maybe its the attitude of the reviewers? I was even there around Christmas time with the long lines. When it was my turn I was treated with respect and friendliness. You have to give respect to get it most times! Anyway Ive just ordered an exercise bike to be delivered to the store and will have them put it together for me once it arrives! Did the same thing in 2009 with no problem. My friend tried to put the bike together but found it too difficult, we took it back to the Troy store and it was done effectively and competently! I expect no less this time. Keep up the good work Troy Walmart!

Called to check if a floor steam cleaner was in stock because the other day I went and they were out. (What happened to the amazing barcode inventory control?) Call was picked up by a woman speaking broken english, then got transferred to someone else, who transferred me but no one picked up so it went to the fitting room, and then the phone was silent for a few minutes so I hung up. Called back and after 11 minutes this lady tells me she has been walking around the store looking for someone to help me but everyone is at this meeting the manager has organized. Couldnt she have just checked for me?There needs to be someone that can handle business while everyone is at the meeting not just let the customer figure out on their own.

I stood in the customer service line for 30 minutes! There where three cashiers working and two of them was waitting on a manger to come help them. After about 20 minutes of standing there here came a manger she free up one of the cashier now there is two taking customers. But!! The one cashier was busy helping the other like she was new and did not know want to do. It was bad!! Once i got threw the line i went out into the store to shop and i couldnt find anything in the food side everytime i go here they are moving things around and i can never find want i need in the food section. Then there is no one to ask and once you do find someone to ask they are super RUDE!!!!! I think ill find other Wal Mart to shop at for now on!

Everytime I come here a bag is left. I called back and was told to circle the items Im missing and come in to customer service. When I got to Walmart that is exactly what I did! But I still got an attitude from an employee and I mentioned here attitude and walked away. I found another employee who told me who the manager was so I went to her immediately and let her know. For some odd reason the manager got an attitude too? Then when I reminded her basically Im the customer and Im always right! I went to get my groceries (again) and even though when I came back the manager wasnt genuinely sorry and was being overly sarcastically she was nice? Idk I never had an issue before and Ive been going there forever!

Do NOT buy pop from Walmart. I dont know how long this policy has been in place -- I dont ever remember having a problem with them before today -- but evidently you cant cash in more than $25 in returns at a time. Now, last I checked, no one stops you from buying 250 cans of pop -- theyll gladly TAKE your money but youre screwed when it comes to getting your money back. Im sure they have a reason but they didnt exactly post a sign. Otherwise, I would not have spent 30 minutes digging through sticky cans and waiting for others to get done to use the machines. My total was $52, I was in the process of buying $30 worth of goods. I wont buy pop at Walmart again, not if I cant turn in the stupid cans!

The service here is really hit or miss. Ive had some very nice people help me find things, but Ive also had god-awful people who shouldnt be working with the public "help" me. The products are great for the price and I come here because I can find things here that I cant find in at any stores around! They have a wonderful selection of foreign foods, a wonderful craft section with fabric by the yard, and I am a fan of their clothing, and bath & kitchen merchandise. They always have a TON of clearance stuff. I hear about the poor treatment of employees, and I do hope Walmart changes their policies regarding that, but at the end of the day Im a fan of this Walmart.

It looks like a brand new building on the outside, and when you step inside, the walkways are spacious and clean. Maybe luck just wasn’t on my side, but the couple items I dropped by to pick-up led to a bit of a hassle. Take the coffee/tea aisle for example. They were out of the specific product I was looking for, and when I searched for an alternative, I found different products and flavors mismatched all over the place. The self-checkout area and attendant were nice. In fact, for Walmart standards, the place overall seemed pretty good. Maybe the aisle that caused some frustration was an anomaly, I couldn’t tell you for sure.
