This is the first time I have used this pharmacy. I live on the East side in Grosse Pointe and forgot to pick up a key cardiac RX. Without this medicine, things can go South quickly. I spoke to a very helpful female in the pharmacy, who answered the phone promptly, friendly greeting and asked How may I help you today? How refreshing!! I explained my situation, and she quickly made adjustments, allowing me to pick up my RX at the Troy location, saving me a trip home and back. Dropped off a purscription to get filled at 8:30 am. Ive been to this rite aid pharmacy a couple times without a flaw. Got a call around 9:30 that they need pre authorization from my insurance. Picked up persctiption after work, went to cvs located by my house rather than work, and it was filled 20 minutes later. Last time my business will go to rite aid. Im not a difficult person to make happy but when it comes to a medicine i need thats help me I definitely get angry about that.

I drive a distance to this pharmacy for a good reason the staff is super friendly they know what there doing always quick to fill scripts never are they out of anything its so nice and easy I take care of my moms medications and she is on so many courtesy refill is great. The pharmacists there are so help they care about there customers thank you . I been to other rite aid pharmacy and I rather drive the 20 minutes them go to the one 5 minutes from me

Prescription was sent in over an hr before I got there, was told it would be done shortly multiple times. Over an hr later they tell me they dont even have it and I have to come back tomorrow. Do not go here unless you want to waste your time. Meijer can do it in 20 minutes or less.

my wife and i where looking for a hard to find prescription and they totally had it. although the price was kinda high, the pharmacist was super helpful. If youre looking for something hard to find, give this place a try.
