SVS has always been great to me and my family. The few times Ive had problems with my glasses they fixed them for free without any hassle. Ive been going to SVS in Allen Park and in Taylor, both have served me well. Their selection of glasses might not be as large as some of the bigger shops, but they have plenty enough for the common customer. Based on my past experience, I strongly recommend SVS Vision. - Bobby Hodges (Taylor MI).

I suggest if your African-American stay clear of this place. My mother and I went here this past Saturday and we were completely ignored. Im not the type to cry racism but since we were the only African-Americans there what else could it have been. I felt horrible nothing like that has ever happened to me before. Its sad that people can treat a person like that just because of skin tone.

The Doctor and the rest of the Staff are great and very friendly! Its always great to have someone give me feedback on the frames I select and they were patient teaching me how to put in my contacts for the first time. My glasses were ready a lot sooner than I had expected as well! :)

I had a good experience at this store. Felt they were very attentive to me and my children when we were in the other day. So suprised to see other review - we had a very good exprience. Just wanted to share so others may give them a try. they were good to us.

Seriously the people that work here need a lesson in customer service!! Being snappy with customers who have not said a word is Not a way to drum up business. I WONT be back and you shouldnt go there either if you want to be treated with respect!

Prescription was waaaaaay to strong, While I was having my exam done the doctor was rude and annoyed, Getting sized for my glasses they fit good, but when I got them back 2 days later they were way to tight. Lack of glasses selection.
