A lot more classier than Walmart. The ambiance is quite different. Competitive prices. But the Departments that Stands Out the Most in this store can be found in the Southeast end. 1. Seafood Section; the best selection by far in town and ran by a friendly staff. 2. The Coffee Shop; the best selection by far in town and ran by a friendly and beautiful staff. 3. Hot Foods Section; Fresh and not overcooked. The only place in town that offers "Sushi in Bento Boxes" they must have an "Itamae"(a Sushi Chef) that prepares them because they look really nice and authentic. 4. Last but not least, The Produce Section. Great Variety of Produce. They have vegetables that you can only get from Asian Stores. Now you can find them here. We can now cook World Foods in our kitchen. This Store is a Great Addition to the Town of Sturgis.

I do most of my shopping here. The store is usually clean and organized and the staff is very helpful. Ive noticed over the past months the parking lot is looking dirtier which can be a bit alarming. A worker named Aaron is very helpful in the grocery section; knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. The coupons you receive at check out is probably the most annoying part of shopping. It reminds me of the Chuck E. Cheese tickets; get 40 for a plastic toy. The tickets usually expire 2-4 weeks out and usually arent worth much; just a ploy to get you to come back and buy more. I have always enjoyed the cashiers. A woman named Jane is the sweetest woman! Shes smiley and seems like she genuinely cares about her customers.

I left my purse in the gas station restroom and didnt realize it until 15 minutes down the road... Im moving back to California from Ohio and every bit of cash I have, credit/debits cards and ID were in that purse... the employees found it, took it to the service desk inside the store, and not one thing was missing. There are truly amazing people left in this world. Thank you to all Meijer employees involved

Staff is useless, refuse to fix broken registers or help customers. Left me sitting in line for more than 45 mins and wouldnt ask for help. Avoid this location at all costs.
