They are amazing! My computer had completely crashed and I had panicked. I was referred to MDTekk to see if they could find out what was wrong with my computer. They tried everything and came to the conclusion that it was my motherboard that crashed. They ordered me a new one and ta dahhh IT WORKS!! Im so happy, because I can prepare for all of these papers coming up for midterms which is sucky. However, MY COMPUTER IS BACK IN ACTION THANKS TO MDTEKK.

My mac had suffered some water damage, and when I took it in to tech help on campus they told me they could fix it but it would be crazy expensive. I took my laptop to MDTekk and Jeremy tried every possible way to fix it. It works better than it did before and the cost to have it fixed there is going to be way cheaper. They really are great people and are so helpful! I would recommend them to anyone.

As someone who struggles with technology and has frequently broken her phone this store is a lifesaver! The people are kind and nothing but helpful. I would give the store as a whole, service and all 5 stars, and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

After dropping her phone with force...my wife had a shattered screen and bend case. I thought there was no hope. Jeremy @ MD Tekk to the rescue. Totally refurbished and working in 4 hours. UNREAL!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIR!! 10 STARS!!

Ive been going here for a few years for miscellaneous repairs to my iPhone and laptop and they are always friendly, helpful, and fair. Yesterday one of the techs spent 15 minutes figuring out a problem on my laptop and didnt charge me anything.

Good quality service with excellent representatives! Cheap and quality work and always make it right if something goes wrong, which it hasnt. Will go to them over anyone else and will defiantly be referred by me to everyone!!

These guys are great! I normally go to the one in Anderson or Muncie but instead these guys were closer. All of these stores are absolutely wonderful and so helpful! MDTekk is the place to go!

Zack and Tanner fixed my phone in less than ten minutes!! Literally did my fix with just a pair of tweezers and i am amazed. If youre in muncie and need something go to this shop!!
