They do not fully honor their warranties. I had one of their duralast batteries with a two year warranty and when I went in for an exchange (the battery wasnt holding a charge after a year and a half), they told me that they no longer carry that model # but I could purchase a new model at a discount. So, a battery that cost me $120 almost 2 years ago and was still under warranty is useless and now I had to pay $80 for a new $130 battery? Makes no sense but I needed a battery before I went to work. This new battery has a 5 year warranty. I hope they still make it after 4 years or else Im screwed again.

I stopped by their today to get a part and the girl working at the desk was new so she asked someone else for help and he didnt even know how to look up the past or what it was. The website told me they had 3 in stock but he claimed they dont stock them. He asked me if I wanted the entire steering system which is stupid. I told him I need the intermediate shaft. He didnt find it in his first search which he phrased wrong and he knew it. He started telling me about his buddys place and they might have it. I went to grosbeak autozone and they found it right away.

Have everything I need! Being open late is a huge deal also! Went in last night to grab a radiator that no other auto parts store had in their shelves. The two working greeted me very politely and had my parts waiting for me! Who cares that you can get better deals somewhere, the fact that you took the time to compare prices just proves your pathetic. Its called convenience, not "st clair shores residents are Gods and should have everything handed to them on a silver plater". Keep up the great work guys! Fast, friendly, and awesome customer service!

Came in on a rainy evening right before close with my two children in the backseat. Both tail lights had gone out on my truck and I was afraid Id be pulled over. The two employees on duty were so friendly and patient despite the fact that it was past the time for them to lock the doors. They went out of their way to change the bulbs for me and even instructed me on how to change them myself. I was so relieved. Thank You, Autozone!

Someone on staff ordered the wrong parts for my husbands vehicle. The girl working there guaranteed they were the right parts when it went to pick them up. My hubby ended up using my vehicle to go back and forth to this place to retrieve the right parts. I had some errands to run and ended up having to drive in the car with him to get his parts and run my errands. I HATE having to drive with my husband.

Overall a decent bet for picking up simple automotive items. Register lines move slow during peak hours. I have been turned away twice to recycle oil because their tank is full. Synthetic oil selection is spotty and they often do not have the filter and oil brands/viscosities that I am looking for.

Always always get the wrong parts from auto zone! Thought I would give them another try... NOT! Wrong parts again! I really wish they would hire people who know about cars, or at least those who dont act like they are doing you a favor by getting you the WRONG PARTS!
