The store and staff are fine. The problem is with some of the customers. If you were incapable of knowing how many cylinders are in your engine, then you should not be working on a car. If you were to be incapable of understanding the concept of gapping a spark plug and why it needs to be done, then you should not be working on a car. People please learn to read or at least watch a video to find out what you are supposed to be doing.

Went in with a basic problem with my battery. All they did was test my battery without finding the actual problem. Employee didnt want to bother with seeing what the problem was because and I quote "Were closing in an hour." So guess what you have an hour to figure out an issue. So I left without the problem diagnosed nor fixed. Now my alternator is shot and my car is dead in the water. Way to be a bunch of sorry lazyasses Autozone!

Michael R. really helped me out of a bind when my car ceased to functuon in the middle of the road and I was 90 mins from home. His willingness to help was overwhelming and refreshing. As far as auto parts stores go, and I shop around on any repair, this Autozone religiously gets my business because of the employees. With the exception of one individual, the staff always has answers for me when Ive hit a wall trying to figure or the symptoms.

Prices are higher than if I was going to a department store but for what I needed and the time I needed it in along with the guys being so quick I dont mind paying the little extra.

Horrible Service here. Half the staff does not know what they are doing. If you can travel to a different Location I highly do not recommend.
