They have some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Im a frequent customer, but only because its my only option. They probably know this so dont care about their service, but their rudeness makes me try to make as many of my health food purchases as possible from their competitor Grains & Greens next door, but unfortunately not everything I like to get is there. I feel bad for some of the customers in front of me in line whove politely asked for help finding an item and just received a one word answer in a condescending tone like they were morons for not knowing. They are some of the rudest sales people Ive come across and it makes me seriously consider travelling to another city for the same products. Whoever does the hiring there, must have some serious difficulty selecting decent candidates. Not all, but many of the workers there treat the customer like theyre a nuisance and a waste of their time. They will stay in business as long as they’re one of the only options in the area. They can afford to turn off customers, but they sure would earn a lot more business if they’d treat the customers that keep them in business with a little more respect.

This place is amazing, I dont know what I would do without it. Im continuously impressed by the way the staff is willing to go out of their way to help me find what I am looking for. I originally entered this establishment seeking a supplement not sold at other local supplement stores. The staff pointed me directly to what I was in seek of and even offered to order supplements which are extremely hard to find. They have an enormous supplement selection as well as various food products, cosmetics, and more. After, continuous trips to this location I decided to eat at Panninis Deli, located inside Discount Health Foods. The deli has amazing food where they even make delicious gluten free sandwiches and baked goods. The deli also offers vegetarian options for those who do not consume meet. I am also proud to support this locally owned store which provides jobs to those in our community. Im happy to say I will continue to shop at Discount Health Foods for many years to come.

My fiance just came in to this store for UTI treatment, and was told she couldnt use the bathroom. Thanks for letting her piss her pants in public, assholes. I sure hope that bathroom really is out of order.
