I went to the Vitamin Shoppe to get a protein powder with which to make protein shakes as part of a diet regimen... I was feeling a bit defensive and self conscious due to a feeling that this kind of product was only for athletes. The people there put me at ease. That was a month ago, and Im looking forward to going back, since my big jar of shake powder has done its job and is empty, and Im losing weight nicely. The customer service is exemplary.
