Friendly knowledgeable staff will suggest better/complementary products without being too pushy. Their sales are often better than deals online without the wait for shipping. (Plus your supporting a local business.) I was an online only guy until I realized how great it was to have a face with the product, not just a "buy now" button. If your a frequent shopper, get their gold card. It may seem like a scam at first, but saving 20% ($5-$8) quickly covers the initial cost and starts saving you money. Plus you get all sorts of coupons in your email (not the usual spam).

Love this location. I feel like you really gain a professional relationship with the staff. They are all very knowledgable and want to help you find what ines for you...not necessarily what is most expensive. My bf and I are both huge supporters of the place.
