I ship packages at this location a great deal as well as do other things and they are almost alesyd really helpful my one complaint is that when shipping a large item like an office chair which I have done two times I took 2 of their largest boxes and combined them and this location will not allow you to do this you need to pay them to build a custom box but the larger Fedex close to Rochester rd and 16 mile and they will allow this vecsjse they dont make up their own rules like the manager at tgis location.

Needed to print out a document and make copies. I used a thumb drive to get the Powerpoint off of my laptop. I was able to plug into one of their office machines. Each machine has a credit card biller right there. It was very smooth and easy to use. Unfortunately, the copy machine put a line on my copies, but I was in a hurry and didnt notice until later. The whole process to print the original and make 100 copies took less than 10 minutes.

I walked in to the store and a vary unpleasant smell hits you. Then my two young girls, my mother-in-law and i walked up to the counter and the woman was vary unpleasant. Treated us as if we where unimportant and even a bother. I made the mistake of having the wrong format and instead of trying to make it more convenient for us, again it was as if a hassle. Vary disappointed with the customer service.

If you want to talk about a "rock star" performer, Connor at this Fedex Kinkos is it. I ship pretty regularly, and he has me in and out in a snap every time with boxes packed perfectly and no worry on my end about anything going wrong. I specifically go here to deal with their shippers. Justus is just as good too. I could ship elsewhere, but I never will because of these guys.

This is a quick and easy place to take care of some shipping, make copies or do something more substantial with print media. I never had any issues here outside of some long wait times based on a shortage of staff. But they were always helpful and moved things along as I am sure that they realized that there were understaffed.

Lost 30 minutes here trying to create a return label. 3 different employees tried "helping" me which seemed like it was pulling teeth. They get a 2 star for sending me to UPS - they took care of everything in 3 minutes.
