This particular UPS Store is strictly there for business and nothing more. In a time where customer service is of utter importance, this store could use a tip or two. The staff is very quiet and not very friendly. After shipping some prepaid boxes and purchasing a couple of packing envelopes I noticed I was charged for "additional items" without being told. Come to find out they had charged me $2.00 for having to tape one box. In my opinion when you work in the logistics industry and are the front line for customers; such a petty charge will only push more business away. I think that it is just the cost of doing business, but clearly theyre only there to try to make a dollar or two. Been there for a total of 2 times, and will never return.

The store manager went out of her way to correct the wrong address on a package sent to Michigan (instead of Colorado) from a different (Florida) UPS store at no charge. Thank you for proving there are still businesses that deliver services that are above expectations.

Why do they hire people with no customer service ability or desire to help? It really makes this site not worth going to. Troy store much better- worth the drive after trying to deal with this gal.

Im deaf and they have always taken the extra effort and time to communicate well. I keep a mail box there and have had them pack and ship things for me. 100% satisfied. Cant say that many places.

The customer service is always bad. Dealt with the notary who I found out later was an owner and her attitude was bad...Sour, snippy and short. Ill find a new place.
