Always room to improve. Since no longer being open 24 hours the interior lighting has been improved, and the womens bathroom no longer has an offensive odor and broken toilet seat. Sometimes during the day customers who ask for help especially at the computer center are put on hold or brushed off the result is people getting very frustrated especially for those who have little to no computer experience and find themselves being spoken to by young people who forget that older people do not always move as fast, have visual difficulty, and do not have the ability to comprehend a fast spoken series of directions by the staff then being left to try and get through the process. The internet connection is often slow. The past half dozen visits have not been greeted either coming in or on departure. The last visits have been both in the morning and evening.

Ive called this location 3 different times to ask questions either about printing or picking up a package ando every time Id a bad experience. They never seem to know what theyre doing or act like they dont care and my questions are irritating to them. Always have attitudes. Im sorry but if a customer calls to ask a question about your services, you should try to help a customer out instead of making them want to go elsewhere with their business.

This place is a joke. I received a shipper box from Dell to send my PC back with foam and its safe. The guy at FedEx Adam said they need to use a different box because mine is not safe, thats BS. He charged my $13.00. I know he was making a sale. I feel very cheated. Why would Dell send me a box thats not made for it....

Extremely disappointed with the staff and FedEx. They have printed something for me against my specs , and I have it documented by email and the manager still denied me the refund. Will not be returning.

First visit was great Second visit was good Third visit felt rushed plus wanted to charge Several dollars to align text on document just an 1/4" over. Rethinking continuing any future service with them.
