Rent-a-cops on a power trip, very rude personal, ruined my date with my girlfriend I was dressed up and open carrying my "dress" firearm, rent-a-cops walk past us then turn around to stop us, proceeds to harass me over my civil rights as an american, the store has no gun free zone signs posted, if they do they are not in the legal correct location I hope some crazy thug from muskegon dont shoot up the place, after all the rent-a-cops only have their screams and radios to protect the people I wont shop at such an unsafe place where i cant legally arm myself and the renties cant protect you, shame on this mall, children run around here, they should do better to protect the children Apparently a nicely dressed man with a non-threatening demeaner is a problem at the mall

We found Lakeshore RV online when doing a search for a new Cougar xlite 33MLS. I was in contact with Steve initially and then had follow up conversations with Stephanie. Our experience with Lakeshore has been fantastic!!! We would highly recommend purchasing your RV from this dealership. Since we did most of our discussions via email, text and phone, they were always very prompt in answering our multitude of questions. Since we came from Canada to buy this RV, we loved the fact that they allowed us to "boondock" in their lot to try out the trailer before we left. Everyone was extremely helpful in showing us the ins and outs of our new unit. We are super pleased with our new Cougar and our experience at Lakeshore!!! Cant wait to start camping!!!

Its a great place to walk around and see a lot of different types of stores. We have our favorites that we try to visit every time we are there. Like Campus Den, Spencers (love the new layout of the store!), The Comic Book Store, I like to go to Victorias Secret (my husband not so much, and there are a few more that we go to as well. We dont always buy something, but we have a nice time walking and looking at things and Dreaming, and Hoping, and Wishing.

Ive been to the mall since I was a kid, through high school going with my friends to hit up the food court, and now shopping for essentials and things that arent too expensive to buy. The security isnt very assuring I never see a guard except rarely. Its a nice place to be, but it could be cleaner and have better staff in the stores. Im going with 3

I am currently unable to walk and require a wheel chair. Mine broke on the way in so expecting such a public place to have one my fiance ran in to get one. Come to find out they dont offer wheel chairs and when asked what if someone needs one the employee said tough for them and walked off. This place is beyond a joke in guest satisfaction.

I took my son to play in their play place for children. He enjoys being able to interact with other kids and most children are pretty nice there. The stores in the mall are of your average retail mall stores. Nothing fancy. Chuck E Cheeses is also located there at the mall.

Good Court options are really bad. Little play place is nice for kids though this picture from Trip Advisor is rather misleading. There is no Skytron and the good court has only three options. Store selection is meh at best. The mall itself looks nice. Architecturally.

I enjoy taking walks in the Lakes mall whenever I choose to. One thing I didnt like is that they got rid of Gamestop, and I liked going in there to look at the gaming devices. The food court is okay, and I like how they have a Dairy Queen section, and a kids play area.

Its a big beautiful mall. It has a the mall. stores in there. Its very clean. It has a fruit smoothie and popcorn bar inside the mall. Its a family friendly place.. I would let people know that this is a great mall to go too. You will love shopping at Lakes Mall...

A vibrant shopping experience. There is a great variety of stores and a nice eating area with several dining choices, surrounding a kids area where kids can run off some steam. A good choice of anchor stores like JC Pennys, Sears and Yonkers.

I have been going to the Lake Mall for years, and my most recent visit I can honestly say I was really disappointed in it. A lot of stores have closed and not been replaced yet and it just seems empty and like it is going downhill quickly.

I used to think I loved Rivertown Crossings until I went to the Lakes Mall! OMG! Small crowds, great shopping options and lots of parking. I love this mall! The location is convenient and there are plenty of shopping choices.

Love it. The castle in play place should be take out. It blocks the view from other side. Cant see your child. Something could easily happen in that second it takes to check on your child. Other than that. Great place

Great variety of places to shop at. They just need some better food/restaurants in there. We usually just get Aunt Millies Pretzels and go someplace outside the mall to eat dinner. Bathrooms are always clean as well.

Mall vendors will insult you and the worker in the comic book store will harass you and try to get you kicked out for no reason other than hes gelius of your girl. Never going back there again. Lying pices of #$&!.

Kinda sad really. Very few open stores and half their "food court" isnt even food. Theres only two restaurants in there and the rest were sold out to other shops like the "we buy gold" and some sports shoe place.

Theyre getting rid of some of the stores u love shopping in. Its so sad to see them go. But the places they still have are okay. Id just rather travel a little farther to Rivertown Crossings for more options.

Has some nice stores, but there is so many empty places and its not gonna make it past 2020. Oh and DO NOT buy from the guy sellling phone cases they are cheap ass fakes and he is a total doucenozzle.

Its a decent mall. But shopping habits of the public are changing toward online shopping. But people still like brick & mortar. Hopefully the mall can keep up with changing trends of the public.

Its a mall. Nothing really special about it. Unfortunately there are rumors that the main stores are closing and that this mall will close. Dont know if thats true but it probably will happen.

Food selection within the mall is very limited, however the kids play area and selection of clothing stores is rather diverse. Just make sure you eat before you start your shopping trip.

The Lakes Mall has been and will continue to be the best shopping area in Muskegon, they have a huge variety of different stores which continue to make the mall a more known destination.

This mall is every empty. Ive never experienced a one floored mall with nothing but basic stores, until I moved here. If you want to look like everyone else in town then shop here!

There is a play place and a small food court. No fountain, no second story. I miss the Muskegon mall with the sky lights and the trees growing indoors. It seem more spacious also.
