Almost 50 hours into a full-sleeve from here and all I have to say is this shop and its artists are truly talented and genuinly nice people. My sleeve is not quite finished yet, but we make good progress every 2 weeks. The artists completing mine are Cory Steffke and Wes Hawkins. As much as I would love to say that my tattoo was my idea through and through, I simply can not. I walked in with a rough sketch of what I wanted and from there on it has been a lot of brainstorming with them both and sometimes I just let them have free reign with the design. When I have something specifically in mind they execute it perfectly, and when Im unsure what I want they possess the creative minds to help me and suggest cool ideas. I cant think of anything they could do better than they already do, honestly. One more point Id like to make is that I never felt pressured into anything, they were only concerned with what I wanted and doing their best to produce that. I have even asked them to go back and change certain parts as I ended up not liking the colors or style I chose and all they had to say was "no problem". If you are lookin for a place to get your 10th tattoo or your first (like me), New Age should be at the top of your list.

I was here yesterday with my friend who was getting her first tattoo and I was just there for moral support. And I have nothing but good things to say. The place was clean, the people were nice and respectful and the workers there all seemed to have a good relationship with one another which is essential in any work environment. Her artist carefully explained how the procedure was going to happen and made sure she was okay before he made any moves. Made sure to tell her that if at any point she needed to stop or get water or anything that is was perfectly okay to do so. His art was clean and easy and he answered her questions and my own to the best of his abilities and did not at all seem annoyed with my constant inquiries about things. After the tattoo was done it looked amazing and he made sure to go into deep detail on how to properly care for the tattoo and gave her a bandage and all of the other necessary paperwork. I am extremely satisfied with how things went there even though I was not the customer. A+ New Age, will definitely recommend you!

Ive wanted a nose ring for about 15 years now so when I finally got it done, I went here. The guy was a jerk and made me feel like he just couldnt care less and treated me like I was just some college girl on a drunken dare, which I wasnt. I tried to make conversation and joke with him and he didnt even force a smile or pay attention to me. In and out and barely any talk of after care. I wont ever go back. Thank God I didnt let them do my tats. OH and the best part? AFTER I was done, he was like we dont take credit cards, youll have to go to the ATM down the street -- I shouldve just left and never come back. Douchebags.

They are absolutely amazing. Awesome staff. Justin did my belly button piercing and make it as quick and painless as possible. I called later that day with a few questions and they were great about telling me exactly what I needed to know. I also just went in today so have them check out the piercing to make sure it was healing right and they immediately checked it out and let me know what to do to keep it healing right. Absolutely amazing place. Highly recommend.

I had an awesome experience a New Age tattoo. I was being spontaneous when calling to see if they had any availabilities to get me in that day for a tattoo. Cory was more than willing to fit me into his schedule for the day. The people at new age tattoo were very kind and treated me wonderfully. My tattoo turned out perfect. Cory worked very efficiently and effectively. I will be returning when I decide I would like another tattoo.

i got tattooed here 3 years ago, and got it covered up within the month. The work was patchy, the lines were too thick, then too thin. they didnt tell me aftercare, the artist could care less about me, and it was obvious. I paid 130 for a tattoo that impaled fixed for 60 bucks, and she put alot more work and time into is than he did. You get what you pay for and in this case it was a big expensive mistake.

Went here to get a labret piercing done. While the piercing was fine, the way the jewelry sat it was constantly getting caught on my teeth. I went back the next Wednesday and asked if it could be redone and lowered. Justin redid the piercing and lowered it. And gave the second piercing free of charge. Good people, nice shop, great service.

Just got a tattoo done this morning by Cory. He did a great job, and there was a super comfortable and relaxed atmosphere when i got there. He was very professional as well, everything was clean/sanitized accordingly, and he made sure to explain all aftercare procedures. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The staff here treated my family and I with nothing but happiness, laughter, and the best damn art I have ever seen. Excellent prices, a time to remember, and employees who are talented. If youre looking to get a tattoo I highly recommend Newage. 10/10 highly recommend

Terrible shop. Went there once to get jewelry for my septum piercing and will never, ever go back. Im not sure how theyre still in business--I suppose theyre relying on drunk college kids.
