I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Bellisima, the sales person was extremely helpful and found my perfect dress for me. She knew exactly what I was looking for and ended up bringing me a dress I immediately fell in love with. I couldnt have been happier... until I found out the dress was on sale and ended up being WAY below the budget I gave her to work with. The owner then gave me an additional discount of $100! I felt like they really cared about me as a customer & finding me the perfect dress for my big day, as opposed to other bridal shops in the area where I felt as though they were more interested in getting me to spend as much money as possible & I didnt get as much individual attention. Other store employees also came to see which dress I chose and were all genuinely happy for me they were able to find my perfect dress, I really just cant say enough good things about my experience with the staff and owner at Bellisima. Plus their prices are way better than anywhere else in town. I will definitely be coming back for bridesmaids dresses and tuxes for my big day, and any other formal event in the future. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment at Bellisima before you go anywhere else, you wont be disappointed!

I walk into the store and approach counter where I see someone and I introduce myself. Afterwards she walks me over to the wedding dresses and points out the types (couture/sale rack...etc). Then she tells me I have to pull the dresses I want and take them into the dressing room to try on. I didnt see much I liked. I walked around a lot. I asked where the dresses with sleeves were that I was told were available ...? She pulled out this horrendous dress that looked like a mother of the bride type and I told her it was ugly. I found one trumpet style dress I tried on ... it had a broken zipper and no one even helped me get in it. In fact the girls were no where to be found. After 2 more minutes in the dressing room I decided this wasnt the shop for me. I walked up to the bridesmaid dresses. Everything looked cheaply made, even the dress I tried on. There was a loud unhappy customer in tears who stated her wedding was ruined because the items were too big, the mens wear was different color and warned me not to buy anything. Her ring bearer and flower girl were drowning in their outfits. That was like the cherry on top - I walked out.

I went into Bellisima Bridal for my first experience wedding dress shopping. I love love loved it! It was a very relaxed atmosphere. No pressure to buy a dress, which was nice because I had very little idea about what I was looking for. The consultant I worked with had many suggestions for what I could go with and gave honest feedback when I needed it. Ultimately, I found my dress on that day! I was able to make payments and they held it in store and fixed some minor flaws on it(makeup on the edge, zipper snagged a bit, etc). Not only that, they provided me with a list of local seamstresses who could alter my dress to the way I wanted it(it was just a bit too long). The prices are also well within the price range of any bride and their monthly specials are awesome as well! I recommend Bellisima Bridal to any new bride I meet.

My sisters and I stumbled upon Bellisima after having had a mediocre experience earlier in the day at another bridal shop in GR. We had envisioned a day with our sister where we could relax & enjoy the excitement of this experience. We had prepared snacks, and brought along champagne & OJ, but had to eat it in the car between stops because no bridal shop would allow us to bring it in. Then we walked into Bellisima and were warmly greeted by Karen. Without any reservation we were welcomed in~snacks, drinks and all~and shown over to the dressing area which had comfy couches and privacy for the dress viewing. The attention we received from Karen and the professionalism she provided were unmatched! Make this your first stop!!

My wedding dress is amazing and the service provided by one of the females (I believe she was one of the owners) was great. She knew exactly what need to be done. She measured me, and talked about how a dress should look and what needed to be done with it to make it look great. Also, the jewelry is fantastic looking. The other owner (a male) took many extra steps to make sure my wedding jewelry was just perfect and made it easier for me to get since I was over an hour away from Bellisima. Thank you so much to the team of Bellisima!!! I cannot wait to wear my beautiful dress and jewelry on my big day!

Loved the attitudes and help from the staff. They stayed late to show me the mens rentals. I left to look elsewhere and couldnt beat what I found or the price or staff. They were thrilled to see me back and super happy to help me put the dress back on to show my mother who wasnt there the first time. Highly recommended!

Wasnt impressed. Didnt feel clean older building and out dated
