I was very disappointed with my experience at the Holland store. I purchased some items by phone & when they didnt fit - the store refused to take them back - 3 days later. I was never informed of this policy and both the owner and manager would not budge. The owner was actually quite rude and informed me that boutiques do not except returns. I do not consider their store to be a boutique as most of their items I have seen elsewhere but the owner was quite arrogant and didnt show any customer service protocol at all. If anything - a boutique - should be more customer oriented not less. Would not waste my time shopping at this very blah store at all.

My friends and I visited the store for the first time last week while shopping the shops on the 8th. street strip. I purchased a darling dress for an upcoming wedding, and we were impressed with the selection and very reasonable prices

Great boutique with excellent selection. Prices are as expected for an upscale chain-think Anthropologie. Good quality footwear and jewelry along with lots of variety in apparel.
