Been wanting to stop in for years and finally got the chance, walked in and walked around for a good 15 minutes and no one said Hello or can I help you find anything. They just stood there talking to each other the entire time. I really wanted to buy a necklace but with the treatment I got I just walked out, I could easily find the same exact necklace at Claires for a lower price and better service. It seems that a lot of people have the same complaint about the service. **I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE AND THEY WATCHED ME WALK IN BUT JUST KEPT TALKING TO ONE ANOTHER, SO NO WHAT YOUR TRYING TO JUSTIFY IS WRONG. AS A SECRET SHOPPER YOU DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE FAILED, AND I HAVE SEEN GLITZ & EARS POP UP ON MY LIST BUT ALWAYS SKIPPED IT. JUST BE SURE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE ACTUALLY DOING WHAT THEY SHOULD BE, WHO KNOWS OTHER SECRET SHOPPERS MIGHT STOP IN**

Id give 5 star for the merchandise, however the staff wasnt nice whatsoever. Ive been wanting to come here for years, I was out that way with time to kill before work so I stopped in for a pair of earrings. Im HUGE on supporting local small business such as this one, but Im even bigger on customer service! Im an extremely friendly person who loves being around& making small talk with others. Lets just say the 2 girls working didnt carry my enthusiasm. They were very short with me almost to the point that I felt I was bothering them. When I walk in to buy a pair of earrings& walk out almost $200 later youd think I would be made to feel like a valuable customer. I havent went back ever since.

I think the most rude thing you can do is not speak to someone who comes into your business. Especially if you are a small local business. I work retail and I speak to all my customers. I will not spend money at a place like that. Im the store for 10 minutes no one spoke. I was in on the 9th and wrote this review after I left. There was a guy and young lady there. Around 11:30am. She literally helped 2 customers didnt speak, and walked past me. Totally unacceptable

I was in the store recently and ran in to the same issue. I was not greeted. The clerks were busy talking about another customer loudly and not in a nice manner. I spent a while looking at merchandise before I was asked how I was doing. They were nice after that. Sadly, I will go back because I love the merchandise, normally I would not go back to a store where I was treated poorly.

Even though, I love the merchandise in this store, I must agree that the customer service is very POOR. I have been there several times and I travel a great distance just to get there and I am never greeted with a hello or any kind of acknowledgement. I just continue to go due the fact that if I want to wear some bling bling, I know I can find it there and good quality.
