Came in 20mins before 8pm just to order a small beverage and check a few thing on my laptop only planned to sit for 20 mins. After paying for my order and using the restroom I was told they were closing at 8 pm that night, even though it says 9pm on the door and nothing is posted anywhere. So they got my money and told me GTFO with a smile. so instead of checking my email and the costco website I wrote this review. your better of going to the Biggby on Hall Rd. east of Van Dyke.

I came from Virginia for a visit, I had heard about Biggby and my wife recommended me to try it as she is proud of Michigans brand and Michigan coffee. On my way back to Detroit, I passed by Biggby. The place is super clean and staff are very friendly. I got really impressed by the taste of the coffee. I definitely recommend them...

Baristas are friendly and get the drinks right. Of course biggby fresh brew is fantastic even if you dont go for a specialty drink. Often turns into my office away from the office. Never a bad choice for a long stay or grabbing a drink and going.

My friend and I ended up having to wait a few minutes because of a large order that was placed just before us. The barista was very friendly and ended up giving us a free drink voucher. I was very happy with the service and the coffee was great!

Great employees. Only bad thing is that they never turn the AC on like Starbucks does. It was literally 89 degrees inside. Customers should come first, not what managers or owners like.

Great place. After moving from Waterford where I used to frequent the Biggby on 59 and Airport Rd I needed a new coffee shop. I just wish they had a drive through!

Staff was excellent. Out of towners here, stopped by for a quick drink. Friendly, helped us pick out great drinks. Hung out for a while to relax.
