I stopped by this UPS store in Westport (875 State Rd, #11) today and I was treated extremely poorly and with complete disrespect. I was dropping off 3 boxes of used printer cartridges (all with pre-paid shipping stickers on them). I was told that I would not be waited on because I was on my cell phone. (For the majority of the time I was waiting there to be helped, I was actually on hold on my cell, so I wasnt even saying anything). When I asked the women to please just check in my 3 boxes, she still refused and said again that she does not wait on people on their cell phones. I left my boxes on the counter and asked again to please just check these in, they are all paid for, and walked out of the store. As I got into my car, the women came out of the store with the 3 boxes in hand and proceeded to throw them at my car. Some landed on the hood of my car and another hit my windshield. I have never been subjected to such an outburst like this before. I was speechless and completely disturbed by this behavior. I will never ever go back there again.

New Owner = Bad News This store used to be great, but last year the old owner sold, and the new owner isnt good. * higher (and now overpriced) rates * extra fees * billing mistakes * poorly trained staff * email notifications have stopped without notice * poor staff training * poor customer service * wont let you speak to the manager Im done with this place. Its not worth the hassle. They want your money, but dont want to do anything. This has been going on for a year now. Find another place.

I ordered my familys gifts from another state for Christmas, not only didnt even make the effort to leave the package or give the time for them to answer the door but only one of three items were refunded to my account the rest of them was not refunded which means they either kept it or lost it. Use a different carrier if you must but never this UPS store.

The manager Katie, had a personality like a rock. Zero help and only "ya,no" responses. I will sever return to this location if shes still here. Yes, I have some words to describe my experience with her but I will keep this as professional as possible

I dont know who the other reviewers dealt with, but Ive always found the staff friendly and helpful. Ive used them perhaps a dozen times, and have never had a problem.
