I purchased upgraded towing mirrors from 1A Auto for my 2014 Ram 1500 after speaking online with a customer service rep and ensuring these mirrors would work. For a while the mirrors seemed to flawlessly but then I experienced a issue with the passenger side mirror power folding option. After contacting 1A Auto about the issue, they sent a replacement set of mirrors and asked me to return the defective product. Again, the mirrors seemed to work flawlessly up until recently when both mirrors started experiencing the same issues with the power folding option. I contacted 1A Auto customer service and spoke with "Ellise". I explained my past issue and current issue and was told that these mirrors were incorrect for my truck because I do not have puddle lights, therefore they would not function correctly. I explained that my OEM mirrors had puddle lights and that this couldnt be the issue. "Ellise" then proceeded to tell me that the set of mirrors that I purchase from them for $426.00 didnt have memory which makes them incorrect for my truck and that she would send me a link so I could purchase the correct mirrors for my truck. I asked how come there was no warranty for these mirrors and was told that I was essentially out of luck because I purchased the wrong mirrors. I tried to explain that I spoke with a customer service rep prior to ordering to ensure they were a exact fit for my truck. "Ellise" asked if I remembered the reps name which stupid me forgot over the years because why wouldnt I remember the first name of the rep I spoke to. Bottom line is I was told they 1A Auto would not warranty these mirrors and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. **UPDATE** The following day I was contacted by Adam from 1A Auto who apologized for the negative experience and quickly helped remedy the situation. Overall I was very pleased with his help and my initial poor experience with customer service will not stop me from doing business with 1A Auto in the future! Thanks Adam!

1A Auto is absolutely fantastic and Id recommend them to anyone, whether youre searching for a how-to video, or searching for a reasonably-priced, quality part. Im in no way a skilled mechanic, but Ive performed quite a few tasks on my 03 Monte Carlo and learned how to do so simply by watching videos posted by 1A Auto. Ive also purchased several parts from them that were not only some of the cheapest parts I could find, but were quality parts that have yet to fail. Most recently I went to their YouTube site for instruction on how to resolve an issue Ive had with my heating/cooling system. I left a comment, just to see if I could perhaps get some additional information on the repair. To my surprise, I received a prompt replies with further guidance on how to resolve my issue. This boosted my already-high opinion of 1A Auto, as they provided instruction to someone from whom theyd receive no business from in that particular moment. That is definitely a rarity in todays society. Ive gone to 1A Auto for years and wont stop in the foreseeable future, as Im nothing less than completely satisfied with their service. Id recommend them to anyone!

I ordered a driver side tail-light assembly for 2006 Cadillac CTS on Wed. 9/21/2016 and received it on Sat. 9/24/2016. The part itself was as described - new and easy to install. The ordering process was extremely simple and the price I paid was super great being that others were trying to charge double that of what I paid from A1 Auto. The only issue I have is the misleading shipping advertisement. A1 stated order would be shipped the same business day if order is processed by 5p.m. Though the order was shipped the same business day and was initially carried by UPS, I later discovered UPS transferred my order to the local post office which added an additional 2-3 days of shipping because USPS is slower than UPS. I dont understand why A1 didnt allow UPS to complete the shipping from beginning to end? Also by the time I received my order the shipping box (which also acted as the protective box) was extremely beat up and crunched in, in which I worried my tail-light would be damaged because they didnt put a protective box around the tail-light and then put that in a shipping box.

"Viewed your video twice. Purchased the mirror. Just finished installing it on my 2012 Silverado in 50 minutes! The video was exactly correct on all items. The only shortcut I took was to tip the door panel upside down while the wire harnesses were still connected. I did that so I could see the connectors and where they are supposed to go when I reinstall them. Otherwise I could not see the install slots. Glad I did. There is a blank slot that would have confounded me and added a lot of time. While it was upside down I simply put a five gallon bucket under the panel to hold it up. At that point I just removed the (2) harness connectors for the mirror and left the other one in. That kept the panel from pulling away from the door and the bucket held it up. After the new mirror harness was installed (and the mirror) it was a simple matter to turn the panel right side up and reinstall it. Thanks again!"

Ordered parts that were supposed to be in stock on Monday which was a holiday. Tuesday parts did not ship even though they GAURANTEE it will ship if ordered by 5pm. Called on Wednesday and was assured parts would ship from Littleton Ma. and I would have parts by Friday. Thursday get email they shipped from Kansas and wont arrive till next Wednesday. Called and asked for discount of some sort and was basically told no. Then asked for refund and they said no too late. I live in Pepperell ma which is where the owners live and also about 5 miles from the warehouse. To wait a week to get in stock parts is a joke. Not very impressed with service or wait time. Most likely wont use again. Too bad. I run a small restoration shop in town and wont recommend based on this first impression. Will go down the street to Napa and get parts from them.

I purchased 2 wheel/hub bearing assemblies for our 2009 Range Rover Sport. I installed the drivers side to Range Rovers specs and took the vehicle in to have the alignment done. With less than 20 miles on the wheel/hub bearing it is junk. I called 1AAuto to request a refund and I would return the parts. I was over the 60 day warranty period since purchase (bearing were not installed immediately) so they offered me a "replacement" assembly. I am not willing to waste time on the repair again with their low quality parts they do not stand behind. Moral of this story. Do not try to save money at 1AAuto when you ultimately will have to pay for cheap junk parts that they will not stand behind beyond their "60 days". Im beyond frustrated and will now be ordering another wheel hub assembly from a more reputable company.

I was in a vehicle crash last week. The lady that hit me did not have insurance and I am having to buy everything out of pocket. I ordered one of the parts at 4:38pm on Wednesday hoping I would get the part before the hurricane since I live in Florida. Saturday night I hadnt received the part and had to go to a local auto parts store for the part, so I could evacuate my family if need be. I received the part I ordered from 1A Auto this past Wednesday and called to inquire about a return for the part because the extra money would help fix our house and buy food for my children. 1A Auto was very helpful and refunded my money without any other questions asked! This is the best service that I have ever received and is appreciated more than they know!!! Thank you!!!
