If you dont wanna read this whole thing, skip to the last paragraph. Bought a car for $3200. Check engine light popped on before I even got home. VW dealership quoted me $6500 to fix everything just to make it halfway decent... and declared it a lemon. My personal mechanic quoted me $3500 for the fixes. Tried to return the godforsaken vehicle but ended up agreeing to letting them (post road) try to fix it (as it is written in MA Used Car Warrenty Law that dealers are allowed to try to fix it 3 times before any further action can be taken.) They "fixed" it. The check engine light was off when I picked it up, but turned back on before I got home. Again. The problems persisted, I brought it back, they "fixed" it, and once again, I left the store with the check engine light off and arrived home with it on. I continued to ask for a refund, but was denied. On top of it all, they went and got an inspection sticker behind my back, without asking me, making it a lot harder for me to sue them. I also recently found out one of my coworkers is having the very same problem with this place AND they sold a crappy part to one of my buddies who likes to work on his car and wouldnt give him a refund either. Long story short: they screwed me, big time. Should I have been smarter about buying a used vehicle? Yes, and Ive definitely learned my lesson. I wanted to give 0 stars but it wasnt an option. I would not recommend buying a car or really anything at all from this greedy dirt bag.

These people are idiots. I called them for a part for a jeep cherokee and they said they had it, and they had 3 of them in the yard. I drive an hour to get there, they say they dont have the part. Then i tell them i have miscellaneous other needs off of the vehicle odds and ends can we just go walk in the yard and look. Guy at the counter says they are really busy can you come back later. There was nobody in the store and only 2 cars in the parking lot. No apology or friendly customer service at all.

From what I can tell, its not a good place to buy a car unless you can fix it yourself. I am now eating twice the cost to repair the damn car. (beware no refunds on vehicles that are sold as-is/repairable). Guys are nice and very helpful, but be sure to ask questions about warranties and different policies because they wont explicitly inform you so either talk to them about it or read the paper and know your lemon laws.

I called asked if they have my tires for my car,the person stated yes, drove there the next day shoppe with someone else who wanted to charge me almost 500 dollars for tires. Just because Im a women you think you can change your price on me. I walked away. Worst place Ill never ever go back there again.

Agreed with previous reviewer, complete idiots. Charged over $1000 for a job that they knew I couldnt have them redo since I was moving. Every problem came back a week later after moving a state away. Oh, and thanks for keeping my engine cover. Stay away from this place. Huge scam.

These guys ROCK! Im a normal guy with some mechanic skills trying to find a part. They couldnt find the part for me but were able to help me understand what model years are inter-changeable with the part that I was looking for.

This place is very disorganized! Called for a part, they said they had it, drove over 2 hours to find out that the part was missing. Spent an hour driving around the yard. No luck. Would not recommend.

Nice for parts that you cant find in other places . Post Road will locate them if available. Reasonable prices. Auto mobiles are on the Grounds of post Road.
