My mother needed a new battery. She is in her 70s. The young man at the counter was not available to put in her battery, but did offer to help the next two people behind her in line to pop in their new batteries. Then he waited for her to carry out the new battery until he realized it was too heavy for her to lift. When we started to change the battery at home, I did not have the right sized ratchet to get the last bolt out. So I put it all back together and drove back there. ANTONIO made it right. He met me at the door, apologized and put in the new battery. I shook his hand and thanked him. While Antonio did the right thing, his colleague showed complete disregard for an older woman who needed service -- and that tells me that the management/ownership has the same disregard. So if you are sending an older person to the Milford autozone, either make sure you get Antonio or send a younger person to be sure you get service.

The people at this story are very helpful, though it is a busy store. They do a great job of servicing customers, figuring out what parts are needed and when necessary getting parts in from other stores or installing them on the cars on a timely basis. Because it is such a busy store Corporate should permanently fix there air conditioning system as customers waiting have to suffer through the same heat as the employees and I think corporate should do I better job at providing a good experience to both customers and employees. Keep up the great work gentleman and lady.
