I go down t have my charging system checked. They offer a free check. Waited in line 20 mins for a clerk to freeup. Walk up to the counter and ask for a check. There are now 4 pople behind me waiting in line. Kid days no problem. Just then a guy walks in and ask for a battery check. This kid drops everything to check the battery. Never mind he is already working with me and this other guy just jumped 4 other people in line. I let the kid know how displeased I was with the service. His manager comes over and tells me the customers in the building are more important than me because I was waiting by my car for his employee to finish with a customer who just walked in. They lost out on the sale of a battery, plugs, plug wires, pcv valve, air filter. I figure thats about $300. F.U. Ill take my business elsewhere. I will tell people how bad the service is in the Whitinsville store

I was there 7/21 getting a u joint, the district manager waited on us an was a great help an friendly, all the guys there are geeat also... I go there all the time for jeep parts an the managers an the guys that work there are friendly an very helpful they take the time to look up parts you need, a very clean store compared to others... I recomend this store to everyone... 5 stars an thank you

What great service! A friend recommended Advanced Auto Parts to me when the battery of my car went dead. I was so impressed with how helpful the technician was. I will definitely go there again when I need something for my car. And I absolutely recommend them to others!

Store is usually 5-10 minutes late opening but other than that never had a bad experience. Wont check check engine codes anymore but will check battery health.
