Ruby has been my florist for about 25 years. Whenever I need something for someones birthday, or a wake or funeral, I just call her up and tell her what I want to spend and she takes care of the rest. I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered from her. One quick story. I always send me secretary flowers on "Secretarys Day" but one particular year my secretary was out of the country in the Bahamas on vacation. I still wanted to send her flowers anyway so I called Ruby at the Flower Stop and asked her if she could still make it happen. She called the hotel where my secretary was staying, got her room number and called a florist down there to put the order in for flowers to be delivered. Imaging my secretarys surprise when she got a knock on her door and was greeted with the most beautiful floral arrangement. My secretary was so blown away by the whole thing, that she called me from her hotel room to thank me for it and to this day, she still tells that story. I didnt do anything except make my phone call to Ruby, and she took care of everything. She is great to deal with, went the extra mile, and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The only reason I gave a one star is to write this review, doesnt deserve a star at all. My daughter son and husband thought they would surprise me with the purple,pink birthday cake arrangement.First off delivery was terrible it was just left outside,no knock On door and we were home all day,my daughter looked at the delivery status and saw it was delivered. Second it wasnt what she ordered it was cheap white flowers that you can get at a grocery store,with one purple rose in the middle.She was so upset her heart was broken.She was told they Tried to call her which is not true.You should be ashamed of yourself doing this to someone! Never again!

My man always gets his flowers here for the special women in his life. I love love love the quality of flowers he brings me and always impressed with how long they last. Always packaged nicely with simple festive wrap and those little stem covers with water in them for a bouquet...always pretty. Im not a frilly fancy girl I like the flowers simplicity to speak for themselves. Im always happy to get flowers but especially so from here. I hear that the owner is SUPER nice too which is so important!

Ruby provided the floral arrangements for my fathers funeral service. She met with my wife and I to review the array of options and offered excellent advice. The arrangements were superb and captured all the details we had requested, right down to the placement of an angel. I highly recommend the Flower Shop.

Sent roses to my girlfriend for her birthday. I told ruby what to write. Card was blank. My girl thought maybe I sent them or maybe her sister. The moment was lost. Had to have them there before 12 got there at 5 before. Wont ever get flowers there again

Not sure where the time goes, but I have been ordering flowers from Ruby for close to 20 years. She has always been generous with her time and flowers. She takes the time to get to know her customers. I highly recommend her.
