It was just horrible. Dont get me wrong, the food is very good but they need to reevaluate the people they hire. They had nasty attitudes, got multiple orders wrong including mine. Also the place where the food was being prepared was very unsanitary. There was pieces of food everywhere. The workers were literally throwing food into the bag. The place was nice but the service completely turned me off. Definitely wont catch me at that specific Panera Bread

Good: *Convenient location -close to mall, shopping plaza, highway, gas *Clean dining area, restroom and parking lot *Good/fresh food- though Ive had better tasting food at other Paneras (Shrugs shoulders) Needs improvement: *Staff is incredibly unprofessional causing very mild delays with taking food orders, food delivery and clearance Bad: They sometimes run out of certain foods midday -_- Overall, I like this Panera and would recommend

If I could Id give it zero stars. Ordered the Chipotle chicken avocado melt to go. Got home, took a couple of bites and realized my chicken was raw! I suggest checking your food before you leave. I will never be ordering from there again!!!

Food and drinks were good. Panera bread was a nice rest stop between Boston and Newport. Service was good as usual and the restaurant was neat and clean. A pleasant experience!
