Let me sum it up for you: STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! THEY SERVE EXPIRED FOOD!!! I placed an order online on 11/11 at 2:59pm to be picked up at your Brockton location at 5:30pm the same day. My order was for a baker’s dozen of bagels and a tub of chive cream cheese. I arrived at the store a few minutes before 5:30, my order was not on the rack for pick, which was fine because I was a few minutes early. So I got in line to ask if my order was ready, at that time I noticed I had a missed call at 5:25 pm; as I was standing in line I listen to the message and it was the store manager calling to tell me they didnt have what I ordered. Why would they wait until 5 minutes till my scheduled pickup time to call me to tell me they did not have what I ordered? I placed the order 2 and half hours before hand! I spoke with the manager and the selection of bagels left were very few and none of which seems any type of pleasing. I did not have the card on me what I placed the order with so the manager said she was unable to give me a refund. So I asked if I could pick up the order in the morning 11/12 and if it could be ready by 7:30am, that way I could stop quickly on my way to work and grab it. The order was ready in the morning – I get to work and put out the bagels and cream cheese for our meeting. As everyone is eating the bagels with cream cheese it was noticed the date on the cream cheese was expired on 11/7/14. The bagels and cream cheese were thrown out. Should expiration dates be checked in a place that serves food to people? Now what happens if someone gets sick form this expired cream cheese? This isn’t the first time I have placed an order and it not be ready or correct when I went to pick it up. The Brockton location is constantly running out of product. And if you are in a rush – well don’t go to the drive through you are sure to be late. Its faster to go inside, even if you want a bagel as is. I enjoy Panera but unfortunately this will most likely be my last visit –being served expired food is not worth the risk. Makes you think if they don’t watch expiration dates are they washing their hands? Picking up the dropped knife off the floor and not cleaning it before using it again? Do they wash/sanitize dishes? Maybe the health department should make a visit.

2 stars for this location. A while back I was eating in the restaurant with my son and an employee was loudly joking about people with cancer going through chemo. Called the manager and he promised to talk to him. Went in a week later and the same employee was being offensive and inappropriate again so I guess they dont really care. So I decided to start using the drive thru. The drive thru is terrible. It takes forever to get through it even when theres no line and you only ordered a coffee or pastry. I just waited 10 min at the actual pick up window for a lemonade. Thats without a line. Ive waited longer there for less. I watched as the woman was texting on her phone in the middle of making someone elses sandwich which seems pretty gross. When the guy finally came over to the window with my drink I was about to drive away. So disappointing that this is the only location Im ever really close to.

Can I give 0 stars! My step-mother just ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and after munching on the first half, said t wasnt all that good. After biting into the second half she realized there was still plastic on the cheese! She bit into the plastic and left teeth marks. The plastic was melty and left a funny taste in her mouth. She ended up getting her $6 back but never spoke to a manager and no one ever apologized for the blunder. Nasty.....if this gross mishandling of food happens and is then served to customers, I dont even want to know what goes on behind the counters and during food prep. The employees at this location need to be retrained.

I had the worst experience with this Panera! First of all, when I called in my order the girl was extremely rude and was rushing my order to ask if that was all. Then we go to pick it up. First we went to the drive thru then it took too long so I went in to get it. They gave my order to someone through drive thru and the worker basically called me a liar saying that how could it be my order when they just gave it to the person through the drive-thru. Never again will I go to that one!!!!

The food at Panera is generally pretty good. They have a creative selection of breads and dressings for their sandwiches that keep them from being boring. Quality wise, theyre nothing to write home about. After all, its a chain restaurant. This particular location loses a star because of their employees. The last time I was in there the woman who took our order seemed annoyed to have to wait on us. I dont think itll keep me from going back, but its certainly something to note.

In the afternoon a bacon turkey bravo is the same as its always been. The bomb. One of my favorite sandwiches. I order one at night and not every time but twice now its a skimpy ass thin sliced bread sandwich with the wrong cheese one piece of bacon and no pickle. It doesnt even taste the same. I just paid twelve dollars for a meal that only made me more hungry. Whoevers putting them in a box not a bag at night sucks.

Ive been to this Panera a few times and never got my order right once. Toasted bagel and blueberry oatmeal. Not hard. They dont seem to understand toasting - the bagels after one shot through their toaster are practically cold. And I dont know why but they always feel like giving me anything but blueberry. Last time it was plain, this time with strawberries.

Unfortunately my visit wasnt the best. I went through the drive-thru around 1:45pm and ordered the you pick 2 deal. It took a lot longer than usual and when I left I check in the bag only to find that I had the wrong salad, only a half filled cup of Mac, and no Baggett slice. It was truly a disappointment since I love Panera.

Overall a good experience, my sense is the manager has high expectations that the employees dont always live up to. Their food quality is good, the place is clean and inviting. My main concern is there are times I have walked in and the employees were too busy doing their tasks to wait on me.

This Panera can suck my ass! Waited 20 mins for a to-go order and watched several people who were in line after us get their orders. After 15 mins of sitting there they decided to tell me they ran out of the bread my sandwich came on
