Terrible customer service the newer employees who were hispanic didnt want to help or service any of us young black females and kept ignoring our request as if we didnt belong i used to buy wigs from here and hair products all the time and never had this problem with the older asian/black women who would help. They also helped me style my wigs to fit my face that service which wasnt offered. The wig i wanted wasnt in stock and she didnt even bother to tell me when the next shipment was coming so i can buy it. It took the cashier 10 mins just to ring me out because he didnt want to stop counting money to help me get a stocking cap. I asked for multiple colors and had stuff thrown at me on the counter. Hope ppl stop shopping here soon

Please be careful shopping from this store, I purchased a human full lace wig and after 2 weeks it was shedding a lot and became brittle! I called the owner, he told me that the Chloe wig I bought for $300 is mixed with synthetic and not 100% human as stated on the box. The ladies in the store were also claiming the hair to be human. Just be aware of what your paying for, you can still purchase human full lace online for that same price.
