Ive been going to this Sallys for years and honestly, I should have stopped going a while back. The service is terrible. The worst thing is when they close the store early with sometimes 10mins left before actual displayed closing hours. That is unacceptable and bad customer service practice. When you see someone drive up, and then you lock the doors and act like youre pulling the till, really? Nice try. If youre really trying to run a store properly, close one register and leave the other one open until actual closing time. Terrible service. Not renewing my card. Never shopping there a lot another Sallys again. Im calling corporate in the morning.
