The hours and location are extremely convenient, but they take forever to acknowledge you and the sales reps dont know much about the hair. I purchased some "top quality" Indian hair to blend in with my own because it easier to maintain with the humid weather and it was horrible! I spent $50 on one pack of hair that didnt even last me a week and when I called to figure out what was wrong, the woman had an atrocious attitude. She gave me tips that shouldve been advised before I made the purchase, not when I call after because Im having problems. Good customer service is not selling anything you can, its being honest with the customer and providing them with ALL they need to know about the product. They have a great variety, but again the customer service sucks.

I was looking for some Lioele products when I came upon this store. I called ahead of time to make sure the products were in-stock and they were. When I went to get them, the sales person was really nice and helpful. This is like Asian products heaven in a chic place. Plus, she gave me tons of samples. I know people say that online is cheaper, which is true but considering the shipping price, I say its pretty even. I cant wait to go back and stock up on some more!

I live in the north shore area and I still go down to go and get my stuff. Not only that. I accrue points for future discounts. I have to say>>>The girls could be more proffessional. Not every one knows what they are looking for. If I need help. Then I need help. That is why the service there available for customers. One of the girls said that she was a hairstylist. Gave me her number and never called to do my hair and stood me up. So, there you go.

i went in to the store and because the girls took so long to notice me when i was trying to get there attention they were to busy in the corner talking about nothing so i left and went to another store to get my stuff i only rated them two stars because of how long i had to wait

The prices and varieties of weaves and wigs are almost endless. But the customer service that is provided by the raunchy girls that were hired to "attend" to customers is horrible! So just a heads up, go in there knowing what you want.
