Called about an issue I had with some hair and the sales woman was Extremely rude!! I purchased the Isis braiding hair here which was already more expensive than a normal jumbo back (about 2.50) but I live close by so it was a quick purchase. My stylist hated how it felt immediately- said it was plastic like. She has done my hair Many times before and has a respected salon, never had any issues. This Isis hair started unraveling the very next day. I called Koahs to see if they had any other brand so that when I came in I would know what my other options were. She immediately blamed the stylist, said braiding is a "skill" and that shes never had a complaint about the hair before.... when I got frustrated she started trying to yell at Me and eventually I just hung up. Overpriced, low quality hair and Rude service. I will dive a half hour to the next store before I buy from this one again

I go here all the time for my hair products. Im always changing my hair with new colors, new styles, and new techniques. They seem to always know when Im coming and what Im looking for. The owner and me have grown a great customer and owner bond and she always has my back when Im looking for some new stuff. There are millions of options to choose from, which I love. Im so happy to have a beauty supply store in my area that fits all my needs! Definetely a place to go!
