I really like the old time neighborhood parts store feel. Im tired of the quality of parts from the other auto parts chain stores. These guys are actually helpful, unlike most of the other auto parts chain stores. I needed a part they didnt have in stock. They had it for me in a couple of hours. Thanks. I maintain 5 family cars between my own, wife, kids, so a decent quality part, being available and easy to deal with are all important reasons I like General Auto.

Facility is small but stocked with the essentials. While the staff are very knowledgeable, they get distracted by the constantly ringing phones which can slow you down at the register.

The place looks like a broken down shed. Went in there to get an air filter and a washer for my car and they sold me the wrong size.
