This is review specifically towards Russell Thompson, the store manager, for his incompetence and his attitude. When we were coming up to the counter, this scumbag was on his phone texting and told one of the other staff members to handle it. So fine, we talked to the other staff and wanted to swap the part because it was sold to us all scratched up and it was covered under warranty. This scumbag started blaming us for the scratches even after we told him we didnt even install it yet. And basically kept calling us liars. Were like what the hell is with this fool. The part is covered under warranty no matter what, theres no reason for us to lie. With his crappy attitude and definitely poor managing skills. Not only was the part scratched up, it was the only part in the store, so we had to go to another branch to get the part. All the other staff are nice and civil, but that guy is a piece of trash. Please fire the scumbag.

This location is great. The staff is extremely helpful. I dont know the guys name but he has been there every time and helped me. He remembered my truck and my issue after not being in for a few months. He seemed just happy to hear I was working on the problem and was getting close to a solution. Learned quite a bit from this guy just asking for simple tips and diagnostic techniques.
