It is really frustrating to be a female and enter any facility that involves cars, car parts, or employees that have a basic understanding of cars. I was treated like I was an idiot. The man followed me outside to install my wipers, nice gesture, although I didnt ask for assistance. However he was unable to figure out how the clips on my ford work, meanwhile I was putting the new bulb in my headlight . Long and the short the frustrated employee gave up and told me good luck. I Put them on without any issues and was in my way

Well kept, clean, somewhat knowledgeable to a point, at least more knowledgeable than some of there other stores. They always have what I am looking for. I go there to buy most of my automotive needs, I just wish they would have more customer service. I have seen and heard a few things I didnt like, to myself and to other customers. But I am a Bostonian, WHATA U WANT!

Sold me a power steering pump with no nut. The original didnt fit. They didnt have a nut to fit the piece they sold me. Told me to go to home depot or lowes. Neither place had the piece I needed. Unsatisfied customer is an understatement

Terrible. Bad location and bad service. Dont bother trying to get your "check engine" light checked. Apparently they were "swamped" with people..Ahem..2 others in line.
