Very poor job. Was extremely dissapointed with the end result. Not just my GOWN but also the mother of the brides dress seams were coming apart which had to go back to be fixed before wedding and noticed AT THE WEDDING it had grease stains all over it. My wedding gown looked like a one year old sewed the seams and straps. It had stains and black fingerprints all over the dress when I asked for him and PAID him to spot clean it because he said cleaning it could shrink it. The hem was also taken up more than I okd. The dress "seemed" ok when I went to pick it up the first time. I told him I should try it on just incase. Good thing because the straps were uneven...(these were custom off-the-shoulder straps that I designed and I requested to add to the strapless dress I bought from Vows in Waterown). He got all huffy with me because it needed to be fixed right then and there and it was the end of the day. I was leaving for my wedding in the morning. I even offered to pick up the dress in the mnorning but he said he would do it then. He seemed to be rushing through it and even said, "I hope you dont think Im rushing this, im not.." I think he was tired and wanted to go home and just didnt care at that point how the dress turned out. I tried it on and the straps were even but failed to notice the poor job he did and the stains from his dirty fingers (this was after he supposedly "cleaned it") It was later in the evening and dark and failed to see the poor job he did until I took it out of the bag on my wedding day which was my own fault for trusting him and not taking a closer look at the dress immediately. Its really too bad because I liked him at first even though he seemed extremely busy all the time and especially since it was prom season. He could barely find time for me on the weekends and I had to come before and after work on a weekday. Is it just me or does a wedding seem more important than a prom? idk. Very dissapointed. He refused a refund and wasnt the least bit remorsful. I didnt even ask him for a full refund, just partial and for him to fix it. He did fix it, sort of..and only gave me my $20 tip back as if that would fix the fact that all my "getting ready shots" on my wedding day never happened because I was busy spot cleaning my dress when I should have been ironing it. And ironing it when I should have been taking photos with my bridesmaids. He even threatened to take me to small claims court for damages if I wrote any bad reviews. Funny thing is, I was very nice to him about the whole thing. I NEVER write bad reviews, EVER, but I just dont want to see any other brides dress/day ruined so I feel I should give you all this big red flag. Luckily, you could not see the seams underneath where the straps fell on my arm. Oh well, Im still smiling! I had a beautiful wedding and a wonderful honeymoon in the carribean! ;)

Michael couldnt have made it easier for me as a long distance bridesmaid. So accommodating, genuine and truly a pleasure to do business with. He has a great selection, and caters to all. He really knows his styles. I frequently saw repeat customers while there for fittings. Highly recommended

He wants to make sure every bridal party has what they need. Whether you want straps or strapless, there were several bridesmaids dress styles to choose from. Even after trying on the dress you want to order, make sure he gets your measurements before you leave.

Do not go here! Ordered our 2 bridesmaid dresses about 10 sizes too big despite being measured. Got one of the dresses alterations done there however was very poorly done. Still didnt fit and had to bring it somewhere else. Very disappointed
