Julia is AMAZING!! I took my Grandmothers 60-year old wedding dress to have it altered to fit me for my wedding day, and the results were simply stunning. Julia took the time to match the antique lace perfectly, and sketched out gorgeous design options so I could have exactly what I wanted. She did not disappoint! The dress was in better condition than it has been since my Grams wedding day, and Julia surprised me by having it professionally cleaned and pressed (free of charge) when I picked it up. I could not have been happier. She also altered my Grandmother/Maid of Honors dress, and 2 of my bridesmaids dresses. Absolute magic! She is such a pleasure to work with, and I will be returning with any alterations I need in the future just to see her again and support her family business. Thank you thank you thank you!

I brought my wedding gown in for alterations and was grossly over charged for the work done. When I picked up my dress which had the shoulders shortened the waist was bunchy and did not fit right due to the work that was done and Julia said she could not fix it and suggested I cover it with a belt. When I asked for a partial refund Julia refused. I had to bring my dress to another seamstress who is correcting the work she did and finishing my gown. I paid 3 times as much for the work done with Julia which was due to me being uninformed about prices. I dont want anyone else to make the same mistake I did. I would not recommend this shop. *Caradonna Bridal 1/4 mile down the street has much better prices and they are fast and friendly.*

I called J-Line Bridal hoping they could help me with alterations to my daughters prom gown. The owner, Julia, was lovely and within seconds had our problems solved! She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She took the time to show me how to zip my daughter in to her heavily beaded prom dress which we had been having difficulty doing. She made my daughter feel beautiful and was enthusiastic about her upcoming prom. The store was lovely and the service was top notch. I can only imagine that the service she gives to her brides is extraordinary!!! Julia, thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

I bought a formal gown and was promised all these alterations before my event. When I went to pick the dress up they did a half ass job and said they would fix the dress after my event! What am I supposed to do with that! I was so mad! I could have went else where but instead Im stuck with a dirty half fixed dress that was really expensive! I will never go there again to buy another dress from them!
