Mike Carver (the owner/operator of Mike Carvers Fresh Seafood Market) provides an unparalleled level of quality seafood products and services Ive not been able to find at other seafood markets. Ive bought a variety of his fresh-daily fish, shellfish, and freshly prepared items and have been consistently rewarded with a exceptional dining experience. It turns out that Mike is much more than the guy behind the counter cutting and packing your order. He is involved in all aspects of his seafood business and the local seafood industry. He fishes for a portion of the fish he sells, and therefor understands how to catch, prepare, and deliver the freshest product possible. This experience, expertise, and insight into the products he sells allows him to offer preparation instructions and menu suggestions that help me prepare, cook, and serve my purchases with confidence that Im preparing the very best menus I can. Without fail, he has offered a tip or hint that has prevented me from ruining a meal. I highly recommend Mikes as THE PLACE to go for fresh seafood.

Went today & unfortunately, he does not have lunch service....BUT sent me to the Central Cafe up the street, said to mention him and they would take care of me... & That they DID! Excellent Mike...
