Twice Ive called this place for help with my snowblower and both times the rep was rude and disconcerned with any of my problems. They are not helpful at all and make you feel like youre putting them out for calling. Ill drive the extra 30 minutes to Woburn to get my Airens fixed.

My favorite place in Melrose. The old fashion hardware store - meaning they have everything and the people are kknow what they are talking about and will provide advice based on actual experience! Even has that hardware store feel and smell.

Great store. Go there first, youll probably find whatever it is you need. I spent an hour in Home Depot looking for some ubolts. The next time I went into Whittemore, I see a whole slew of them in exactly the configuration I needed. Doh!

Ariens says Whittemore Hardware services Ariens machines that werent bought through Whittemore Hardware. They just told me to go elsewhere, so they dont do that.
