I have purchased furniture from here the service was awful in the mattapan location they are never available to answer the phone and when they do their ability to comprehend in English is limited!!! How fustrating after trying to contact for days literally. I have had the totally opposite experience in Jamaica plain and the Dorchester locations I recommend you dont go to mattapan the service is awful.

When I went and they wanted my money everything was peachy. After that called a couple of times about my delivery and never once were they helpful. The day of my delivery which is today 1-4 time-frame and still not here. I wont buy there ever again. I have to add that although its been a bad experience, my Sales Rep Irvel has gone above and beyond to help me get things straighten out.

So helpful, so funny, so flexible! We changed our sofa designs SO many times and they were always there to adapt and help us each step of the way. Gabe and Snow were so great at everything and our sofa is beautiful and looks like it was straight from Room and Board, only much better quality. Highly recommend and I will be going back when I need a new bed!

The only issue I have with them. They take to long for delivery . Sometimes employee try to play you. To pay more for delivery . Even do the system showing how much you suppose to pay for delivery if you live in mattapan $100 they will try to get more $$$$$$$$
