We Imagined a long search for the two perfect recliners for a room we were giving a make over to. We wanted the chairs to be "just right" hence the expectations of a long search. Since we live in Dedham we thought we should start the search at Westwood Furniture, a place we had never been to, had low expectations for and which is easy to miss driving by on route 1A (Washington St.) After wandering through loads of beautiful, American-made furniture and meeting Joe, a non-salesy, extremely knowledgeable guy, we left THAT DAY with our two perfect chairs on order! We cannot wait to get them into our room! HIGHLY RECOMMEND a visit to this great place!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Sales person was very helpful without being intrusive. I was told that my chair would take 8 to10 weeks but they called me at five weeks to say it was in. They were able to deliver it two days later. Delivery people were right on time. It is a wall-hugger leather recliner and I just love it. It took me a long time to find a great looking, high quality recliner that was the right scale for my small living room. It is quite a hike from Gloucester to Dedham, but well worth it. I will definitely be going back.
