Edible Arrangements let me down. On Valentines’ day, they didnt deliver my wife’s valentine package until 6:30pm. My wife and I started a business and money is tight, so she monitors our checking account daily to make sure there are no discrepancies. She asked me not to buy her anything for Valentines’ day, but she has been working hard and she is pregnant, so I thought an edible arrangement would be a great way to say I love you. I went to the website Monday morning and saw that they were taking orders for "same day delivery". I placed the order then called to make sure it was received and that it would be delivered by a reasonable hour. I was told that they were very busy, but that it should be received before 5pm. I left work early and still didnt get to our business until 6:30pm to discover that no arrangements were delivered and that my wife was very disappointed. I felt horrible. I felt even worse trying to explain that I didnt forget about her but that it seemed Edible Arrangements failed to deliver her valentine. At that point, they arrived, but my wife was already distressed, the day was over and she had no-one to show off her valentine too. I was furious and told the delivery person that I wanted a refund. They took their arrangement back, and to their credit, they gave me a refund the next day. Im sure, that for those lucky enough to get their valentine arrangements at a reasonable hour, it was well received. However, this year I looked bad, and the day was ruined. I can not recommend using this service if the timing of delivery is important.

horrible. i ordered online a week in advance to be delivered to a buissness for my boyfriends birthday. i call to ask what time they tell me soon. then it was getting close to my bf getting out so i asked for a refund. i get a call saying it will be there for 3. It never got there. i will never go here again.

I give them three stars because the set up is very beautiful and tasty. Only down fall was that the pineapples are very hard. Couldnt even bite into them. But over all a very good job.
