I actually called Varise to say thanks, because once again they knocked it out of the park. My dad absolutely adores his latest bouquet. People, a little suggestion: instead of calling one of those national chains (I wont mention any names, but initials are FTD or 1-800-flowers), try calling Varise directly. They have a toll-free number. Talk to the people that work there. Youll get great service and theyll do their very best to make sure you get your moneys worth. Theyre pleasant to work with, always have ideas about what to do, and know their business, so youll get good results. Tell them what you have in mind and have a little faith in them. These are good people who want to please. So often we only hear back from people when they want to complain. Human nature, I guess. Ive had repeated good results with Varise. I called the day before Fathers Day, late in the day. The lady I talked to was in her car, but took my order and volunteered to deliver flowers to my dad even though the shop was closed on Sunday. She remembered my dad from a year ago and had a pretty good idea where he lives. These people not only are very helpful, but have gone way out of their way to help me. Ill definitely use them again. My dad is a gardener and knows his flowers and loves the bouquet. What can I tell you? This business has a great attitude and know their stuff. I cant be there in person, but its very reassuring to know that I can send flowers and have good results. Youre awesome, Varise!

I stopped in for an arrangement. Tracy asked me how much I wanted to spend and I said 30.00. When I am in Worcester, at Perros florist shop, 30.00 gets a nice arrangement. I did not care for the arrangement I got. I got 30.00 worth of daisies and some greens. I think she may have reacted to my expression when I first saw the arrangement because she started in talking numbers of how much labor (approx. 8 minutes, mind you), carnations and roses cost. I will not be going here again and have heard from others afterwards, that this florist is known to be expensive. I was going to Worcester after delivering the flowers and kicked myself for not waiting to buy the flowers in Worcester. My thinking was that some unexpected business for an off the beaten path shop would be welcome. I buy flowers once every couple of months and prefer to have a local shop to use. There is another florist on High street I may try and plan on asking more questions, next time, like what 30.00 specifically gets me. The service was nice. I am just not happy about the cost of the product.

Awful, customer service refused to accept an FTD order for my girl friend because the florist I used in my home town to place the order with did not have a "mercury" or something like that whatever that is. I specifically requested they use Varise Bros Florist as I had been in their store when I visited there, but Varise florist refused my order. Beware of this florist and their strange policies. Im moving on. You probably should too.

Ive ordered from Varise Bros. a few times now. The staff is well mannered and pleasant to do business with via phone order. I received great reactions from those who received my orders from Varise. They dont have a minimum for flower orders either, which is a huge plus. Reasonable $8 delivery in Clinton coupled with great arrangements and customer service makes Varise Bros. my go to flower shop in Clinton!

Orchids were ordered. Paid $130 (7 times the retail evaluation of orchids). The orchids were delivered dead, rotting and covered in dead leaves from other plants. Explained the situation to their staff. They failed to replace the orchids or reimburse for expenses. Nothing like getting rotting flowers for a 30 year anniversary. Do NOT go here. The staff is extremely rude and they are a rip off.

Be weary of this business! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for her birthday and they were never delivered. As of 11:40 a.m. the next day they were still never delivered. No note, phone call, or anything. This is unacceptable business from a florist shop.

Dont bother. I purposely went down to see what I would have delivered and the woman told me "it will be better than what you see in the case". Well, it wasnt even close. This is the 2nd time its happened to someone in our family. Save your money and go elsewhere.
