Scathing. Bought a chair for a bargain of 6.99 plus tax. Tried to get it in my car to no avail, and was told to keep the yellow copy of the receipt and present it when I came back for it. Called twice with no answer to say that I wasnt going to get the chair. Come in today to a VERY unpleasant associate and an infuriatingly rude manager who talked down to me, talked to me as if I were stupid and said "everyone knows that if we sell a piece of furniture the hold is only good for 24 hours then we resell it. Were very clear"to which I replied "I totally get it. Im in retail also. But it wasnt clear because nobody told me" then they tell me my receipt isnt THE receipt to which I replied that that was the receipt I was given and told to present. She begrudgingly offered to give me 6.99 towards something in the store after she said "yeah. Youve said our policy wasnt told to you like six times. I get it." Which left a sour taste in my mouth and I just said "you know what. I very respectfully think you have a bad attitude and Im just going to leave. Have a nice day." As I was leaving I overheard her commenting on how I didnt bring the receipt WHICH I BROUGHT THE RECEIPT I WAS GIVEN. Im not upset over the $7 . Im upset over being treated disrespectful and as "less than". I went in well dressed, polite, understanding and was still disrespected. Nobody should be treated as anything less than human. This manager has very poor customer service skills and as a manager of a store, Im appalled

Warning!!! Do not go to this savers! Its has the worst manager there that I ever met. She has black hair and wears all black. Shes a racist woman who has no business working there or anyone for that fact. It was so bad that I will never step foot into this establishment ever again nor in any savers ever again. I had her asked a simple question and she snapped at me with the nasties attitude and then when I calmly told her that was quite rude she started screaming and told me I wasnt allowed to purchase anything at all. Ive been coming here for 3 years and never once have I been treat so badly. Like I saw her speaking to all the white people calm and sweet and then when I approached her I guess cause Im Hispanic she was nasty and arrogant. So if youre not white I would avoid this store 100% cause they might start following you thinking youre stealing. So for all my minority people I would avoid this store at all costs. I wouldnt want anyone to go through what I just had to deal with.

If I could give this place zero stars I would . I went in to purchase a rocking horse , I took it up to the cashier since it didnt have a price and she priced it at $5.99 same price as the other horse . I politely asked her if she could hold it for me while I shopped around and she did . When I finally went to pay a different cashier rang me up and asked if I knew the price . When I gave her the price of $5.99 she called over her manager and told her theyre wasnt a price if she could price it . (Pointless ) the manager said it was $10.99 . I told her that one of her cashiers had already priced it at $5.99 . She acted as if I was lying and told me that there wasnt anything wrong with it, so it wouldnt be $5.99 . Really? I told her I no longer wanted it. When I left her fat ass decided to talk trash . Very unprofessional, I will never shop at this location . Hire professionals , especially for a managerial position ,

Huge selection here, get ready to look for hours! Great selection of womens clothing, not too much for kids but thats to be expected considering all the other kids speciality consignment shops around. Love that everything is always reasonably priced, unlike some thrift shops where the seller tries to ask too much. Dont forget to grab a Savers Club card at checkout and check their social media, especially Facebook, for half off events (usually once a month or major holidays!)

this is the worst savers.....90 % of the stuff is maked the same or if more than a real store......their tattered rags are so expensive and their christmas tree bric brac is so over priced. What a bunch of jerks here....some many things that have a store tag they mark higher....Jezzzz you idiots...you get the crap free, stop being so dam greedy !!!! Worst savers ever......they are also selling a FAKE Louie Vuitton for 700 dollars...it is plastic, stop ripping people off!!!

i go in the store several times a month have found 2 cool chairs i bought them both have bought several shirts and pants in their and found a waffle iron in their $ 3 bucks it blows the Hanover Salvation Army Thrift Store out of the water staff is friendly the store is clean Great deals in their oh and sophia loren you sound like a very angry person or nasty one at that all the reviews i see u doing are all bad reviews

They always separate things like electronics and their power adapters, so if you can even find them both, your paying separately for them. They think anything more than 10 years old is an antique and over price it, sometimes very high. Its very difficult to find anything worth buying, has all its parts, and is worth what theyre charging.

Dirty store, high prices (they think they are a "Mall Store"), and very little new stuff put out on floor. Same ole, same ole every time. The couple times I asked the staff (after hunting someone down) a question I got a nasty look. Plymouth Savers is better as well as one in R.I.

Who doesnt love a thrift store?! Savers is well organized, well lit, and well stocked. The inventory is constantly changing, but thats what you expect in a thrift store. I really appreciate Senior Tuesday, when old fogeys like me get an extra 30% off.

Great prices on a variety of things, this place is like a Salvation Army but better. Yesterday I found a Nintendo DS lite there for only $5. Different treasures everyday there. And great customer service as well. A must if youre in the area

They have some nice things there. Summer of there things are also very over priced. The kids toys and some of the bake ware ate very over priced. You could buy brand new items for the same price theyre selling them..

Strongly believe that they should have a public bathroom for shoppers and folks donating. I was 8 months pregnant and bought some baby clothes. The cashier told me that they had no bathroom I could use. Not. Cool.

So expensive I saw something for 1.99 with the original target price tag of $1.00. Why do you charge double for a used item. Also saw some really scratched up pots and pans for 8.99! Who prices these items!?!?!

If your looking for anything used this is the place to go. It has a great donation center and you get a percentage off your purchases when you donate. A great place to find treasures

Savers can be hit or miss here. The people that shop here usually make a mess. But you can find some really nice things for cheap if you look hard enough.
